Hi Myra Robinson was excellent. She helped me straighten out my phone, which was a real mess and trying to think my phone was a mess and the bill was a mess and I went to another place and they refused to help me so I came here and she helped me straighten it all out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Made my uncle activate his own device, he literally had to open the phone and put the SIM card on his own. He had no clue what to do, had to call me so I can guide him. Nothing was offered, no accessories or whatsoever.
