This is the worse storage unit company in Pensacola. I was helping my friend rent a unit and when we arrived she decided to upgrade to a 5×10 and the lady at the front desk told my friend that she didn't owe anything more so she paid for the unit. And then a few days later I went to the unit to get some of her things out just to find out they put a red lock on it so when I went to the front desk to find out why they wouldn't give me anymore information even though I'm listed as a contact person. So I called cube smart customer service and they gave me the information telling my the location should have been able to do this. And when I tried to talk to the people on the front office they were extremely rude and disrespectful. I served my country in the United States Marines and I never been disrespected and treated rudely this much in my life before. I reached out to the district director and she hasn't returned any of my calls. They tried to charge my friend's debit card for 87.00 more and it was declined so they then proceeded to charge her and extra 30.00 for it not going through now she can't get her work clothes or out of the unit because they not only charged her when she was told she didn't owe anything more so now she can't go to work because her work uniforms are in her unit so she's losing money but cubesmart doesn't care

Lot is quiet and feels safe! Fairly centralized in the city! We have 8 units across 2 counties and this CubeSmart is our favorite to rent from! The staff is even awesome! We have 2, 10x20’s and are very happy!

We love sandy! She is always super helpful, and had the best attitude ❤️ we honestly searched around for a few days and she sold us on the units. I will always store my stuff here. Super clean, super friendly place. 10/10

The price is good but this location needs to have its drainage fixed. Anytime it rains I can't get out of the truck in front of my storage unit without putting Crocs on

Sandy is wonderful to work with. We are long term rental clients and we appreciate her kindness through the years. Being long term clients it would be nice to have consideration on the large rate increases as we are loyal to this company and location and the increases are extremely high and too frequent. Vickie is also nice and again Sandy is great and helpful.
