Roy was amazing I came all the way from Panama City for my 32 inch tire and he went over and beyond and stayed after hours just to accommodate me , he is now my go to I highly recommend him ! Very down to earth , honest person and customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

Friend recommended this place to mount and balance my new tires on my truck. First try, they broke my TPMS sensor in at least one wheel, which they let me know up front and said they would replace it when parts came in. Driving home, balance was WAY off. Took it back and they corrected it, but still slightly off balance with shimmy around 60. They wouldn’t correct that. After several weeks of contact with Ron about the TPMS sensor, couldn’t seem to get him to give a day to come in. Then, one day he said call back next week because they were moving locations (from W St to current location) and he would definitely fit me in and said the part was there. This was the last call or text. Ghosted me after this.

I was on my way to Mobile from Mississippi to purchase a set of tires from another shop. Had saw an add on fb marketplace earlier in the day and decided to give these guys a call. The tires I had saw online had sold the day before but to say Roy went above and beyond is an understatement. In the hour it took for me to get there a replacement set of tires was delivered from the warehouse and ready for install. In the past few years I owned vehicles with rim sizes from 18s to 24s and have brought and dealt with new and used rim and tire shops from Gulfport, MS to now Pensacola, FL. This shop is head and shoulders above 95% of the ones I have bought from in the past in terms of value and honesty. Thanks Roy. I will be contacting you again...

Placed an online reservation for their U-Haul service. Showed up on Saturday morning to pick up my reservation no one was there. Waste of time.uhaul said they are suppose to be open.
