Customer service is horrible

Very disappointed in recent experience.I went to m my doctor today and at around a quarter until 5 o’clock, he called a prescription in for antibiotics and tessalon pearls for this horrible cough I have with my sinus infection. I call at 6:07 and ask for an update on my prescription. The tech tells me that they have the antibiotic ready. When I asked about the pearls, he said, “Oh, that one is 50 dollars.” I said okay and he asked, “Oh, did you want it?” After I say yea, he says, “For real?” At this point, I say yes and he said it’ll be a couple of hours. I am upset, because it should’ve been filled with my other prescription instead of assumptions being made about the cost. My husband calls me at 8:40 from the pharmacy drive thru telling me that the tech is saying it’s going to be another hour. This is now over 3 hours from him telling me it will be 2. I have to go to bed tonight without my meds, and I won’t be able to sleep much because of this cough. I am very upset by this and am really thinking about switching pharmacies. This never would have happened had he just filled the prescriptions together. It wasn’t his place to hold one due to cost, and if it was he should’ve at least called and asked if I would be willing to pay.

Went to pick up on online picture order I had made for a friends birthday (20X24 poster) I looked at it before I checked out and it looks absolutely horrible and blurry. It could have very well been my fault from the way I did it on my computer however I did not want to purchase the poster considering it looked god awful. A lady (most likely a manger due to her not wearing the regular uniform) told me there was a policy online that you HAD to pay once in store even if you didn’t like the quality of the poster which is complete BS given I used to work for CVS and ALWAYS gave the costume an option to reprint. Never once made someone pay for something that looked horrible. I also went through the picture process online and FYI there’s NO acknowledgment that I had to pay, what if I didn’t even pick it up? Why make a fuss? It’s not like the ink comes out of the employee’s pocket ! Taking a CVS front desk job too seriously ! Working there made me bitter too girl so I can understand but you guys are lame for making me pay $20 for some garbage.

The really big thing that won my loyalty to CVS was when they stopped selling cigarettes. Also, opening the Minute Clinics shows me that CVS is committed to the good of the public. I like the big well-stocked stores, the staff, and how carefully I and my family have been treated. The second big thing is how CVS runs the OTC program. It’s taken care of my needs as an older woman and my life is better because of that. Thank you.

This is a decent CVS, It's kinda old school & dated but it's in a cute location, a block from Walmart. If you can't find what you need here you can just bounce over there. Last visit, I cut myself with my new Chef knife, didn't have the bandaids I was looking for, but I got enough stuff to stop the bleeding finally. What I do like about this CVS is that it has a very natural, shady, park-like parking area. "Please stock more bandaids." Stay Cool, and don't poke yourselves with knives. Will Return.

Worst CVS I have ever experienced across the country. They are understaffed & completely disorganized. Waited a week for a critical medicine, to be told it was on back order when I went to pick it up. Where is the Regional over this store ? They need help, staffing and an organized system. Ridiculous how it's managed.

Usually ok for straight prescriptions.Beware if you need Mussinix. Dozens of Paper cards with miniature descriptions on the back may be what you are looking for. It is odd to me to have a prescription for 1200 mg Guifasin and be told to go hunt for a card or product when you take the card to the pharmacist, the product you originally wanted was under the counter where the pharmacist is standing!Always check your bag before leaving.

It’s 7:56 Am dec 24th, the lady working here is having a bad attitude telling me I have to go somewhere else because she doesn’t want to use the POS to check me out insisting I use the self checkout or go to Walmart. Merry Christmas I hope she doesn’t work here new year this was a bad encounter

Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! I normally never use this pharmacy nor will I ever again even in an event like today being a holiday and my normal pharmacy being closed! We dropped off two prescriptions at 9 am and was told they would be ready in 1 hour which is ridiculous anyway!!! We live 30 minutes away so drove around came back after 1 1/2 hours only to be told it wasn't ready and they had not even started it!!! It doesn't take that long. The pharmacy I normally use has you in and out in 20 minutes max no matter how many prescriptions you have! Very very poor management here at this pharmacy and they are very rude!!! Horrible pharmacy the only reason I imagine they are still in business is because they are 24 hours!!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!!!

Drive thru pharmacy is super slow, I was 3rd in a line of three. Took almost a hour for three pick ups. That should have been 15 minutes at the most!!!! at 8:30 pm, only the one pharmacy lady by herself. Not her fault, doing the best she could!!!
