I pulled up to CVS at 1:15. Car in front of me took forever, it happens. I got to the window at 1:27. They close for lunch at 1:30. Clicked the button and no one responded or came but could see me. It isn’t 1:30 yet. At 1:35 they said “we are closed till two” I said “I know I saw the sign but I got here at 12:15 so I’m not leaving, I’ll wait.” She got an attitude and she said can you tell the cars behind you then? Ummm no. I will not be doing that.

The people are nice and friendly but you really need more people in the store part cause they are running ragged trying to do all you want them to do. When they need someone to help in the pharmacy they unfairly call for the store people to help when they have their own area to work on and wait on people! And don't get me started with the self checkout!

Absolutely horrible. The office manager, Brittany sent my prescriptions to the wrong address, a previous address from 2015. I have changed my address several times in the drive thru with CVS pharmacy employees. She would not admit she was wrong. She also told me I never had prescriptions delivered to my current address, in which I’ve lived at the same address since 2015 and I have had two different occasions where prescriptions have been delivered to my address And she told me that I had not. The proof is in the CVS app. Rude and disgusting behavior. I’m out my prescriptions and she will not admit wrong doing and make it right. She also confirmed my current address before sending them but decided to still send to an old address. I’m beyond upset that someone could be so cruel. CVS office manager Brittany!!! Do better!!

I understand that I was sick when picking up my prescription in the drive through, but I have worked in the medical field all my life and I would highly recommend the cashier (Zonrielle) to be retrained. Customer Service 101. I can not believe that CVS thought she was good enough to help customers at the window. Most important thing that needs to be reminded to all staff is that without customers they don't have a business. Without the business they don't get paid! That without great customers service you don't have a business, people expect the best from their pharmacy. We need to know we can count on them. There are pharmacy's on almost every block. So we do have choices.Zonrielle, couldn't explain to me why my purchase was so high, when that issue was cleared up by someone else. My medication were tossed in the tray and with a sucker in her mouth I was told my cards are in the bag. Good bye with an attitude! At that point I asked for her name so she wrote it down on slip of paper for me. THANK YOU FOR THAT! It was on the receipt. She should have known that!I happen to give alot of reviews , but the majority they are good. This employee would get a - 5 Star. As in my eyes she was chilling! Please, please retrain this one!! Training is the key. Might have her suck suckers when she is not talking to someone. Might try gum.Update: The antibiotics that was order for me was not strong enough so when a new prescription was called in they happened to send it to a different pharmacy, It's alittle further for me and not feeling well was alittle upset. But after picking it up I think this pharmacy was well worth the drive. This is the CVS at 6025 Mobile Hwy. Now they were delightful. They get 5* from me.

The new pharmacist "Britney" is awful!! I was being helped by other techs it was a timely process but they were amazing. It got time for their lunch and she started to lower the cage on me. Wanted to know why the techs were still helping me. Then when the issue was resolved wanted me to wait for her to go to lunch before she would check me out. At this point I had been standing there for an hour!! She is so rude, has no compassion and is clearly in the wrong profession!! They need to bring Hema back he is an amazing pharmacist!! This new one just lost a 17 year long customer ?♀️

I called the CVS on Fairfield and Lillian today to find out if a certain medicine will be stocked so my doctor can send the prescription in. Two months ago I had trouble getting it filled and I had to call my doctor after hours to send the prescription to another CVS cause no one told me they couldn't fill it there till I went to get my meds. Plus CVS S said my insurance wasn't going to pay for it. Which was untrue. The insurance paid for it at the other store. I feel that I'm being treated differently cause of the kind of prescription I need.. This man I talked to today was very short and very rude before. I've gotten this prescription from CVS for over two years and never had to see if it was stocked before and I just asked him why was there a problem keeping it stocked, has something changed. I told him I wasn't trying to be ugly and I knew it wasn't his or the pharmacist fault. He said really ugly for me to call china and ask them and a bunch of other ugly stuff. I told him I wasn't trying to be ugly I just was trying to figure out how to fix this cause my doctors don't like to be called after hours to change pharmacies. Sorry I wrote such a long post but this phone call just happened and I was a little upset and I don't like any confrontation.

I just LOVE walking into a place where The People who are working there always GREET YOU WITH A BRIGHT SMILE. It makes YOU automatically SMILE back and that action releases Happy Endorphins into your brain making you a happier person for the next hour or so. What's not to LOVE about this. ?

Rude employees in the pharmacy area. Always out of my meds I’m sure I’m not the only person on the west side that takes oxcycodone, they are always out. Looks like they would order more since so many people are taking it.when I call it will say be ready for pickup (for instance) 4 pm but when you get there it’s not ready. The worst cvs drug store in Pensacola,fl.they do not even need 2star rating.

MY CVS is ALWAYS Spectacular! From The Staff that always smiling when you walk thru their doors or like me I USED to SHOP there every other day because they're Convenient for ME and because of that some of the Longer term employees know my first name. I REALLY LOVE the Convenience of a small store THAT sells SO many different thing's. IF they sold my phone cards, I probably wouldn't even go to Walmart anymore. That's how much I LOVE "MY CVS "??
