Arrived at 6:54 and the associate was leaving and window was down. Inconsistent hours and leaving early should not be tolerated! Medications are sometimes a necessity. I drove many miles to arrive before closing. Very disappointed in this CVS!

I picked up two RX refills. I was greeted upon arrival & told by the pharmacist she would be right with me, and was. Was asked if I had had one of the current respiratory disease vaccines. I said I thought I had & would check with my physician. This service was typical of the excellent service I always receive at this pharmacy--over the past several years, more often by a male pharmacist.

Good luck getting ahold of this pharmacy when you don't go in person, because their phone tree is incredibly complicated and very difficult to use. When it comes to most prescriptions, people want to talk to a real person not some computer on the other end of the line. Please remove the very complicated phone tree that you are automatically connected to when you call this pharmacy and maybe pay another pharmacist to answer phones when people want to get updates about their prescription. People, including me don't want to download your dumb CVS app or go to your website, just connect me to a real person.

Went today to get 2 weeks medication Ihad forgotten. Pharmisist really did not want to help. Condescending. Worst CVS been to.10-29-22 , around 4pm. Get rid of head Pharmisist..

Filled a prescription 2 months ago, from the hospital, with zero refills. I’ve gotten 10+ phone calls and 5 voicemails from them asking if I want to refill them. I keep telling them no (I’m not on it anymore) and I keep blocking CVS phone numbers but different extensions keep coming through to my phone. I’ve gotten 2 calls already today. It is harassment at this point, I will never fill with them again.

I called for a prescription refill and I spoke with Kim on the phone. She wasn't helpful at all. I asked her to look into a situation. I wanted my prescription before my trip so I didn't have to worry about refilling it and she answered with a quick no before looking into it. Keep in mind I went on a trip a year ago with this same question at the same pharmacy and they were able to refill the same prescription but for 6 months. The tech had to call my insurance company herself to get them to give it to me for 6 months so I know my insurance will allow it. Kim didn't even try, it is just astounding how just a little effort can solve a problem and how some people don't have enough ambition to do the minimum.
