The drive up window at the pharmacy is shut down all the time, so you have to go inside. Some of the staff are rude, ignore people standing at the counter and I had one lady roll her eyes when I asked her if she could check to see if any other local CVS’s had my prescription since they were out of what I needed. I have had ongoing issues with this pharmacy for nearly 2 years.

I am very disappointed in this location. This place seems very unorganized and maybe understaffed every visit the pharmacist is rude and so are the staff. I did drive thru this time and the back part was a mess. It was not busy but very dirty. I got a message from the dr a 9 am that she spoke with the pharmacist and that the prescription was fixed and ready for pick up....I showed up after 4 pm and they said it was not even ready or been worked on. I made a comment that I do not understand that this is day 2 of me coming when can this be ready. she rolled her eyes said hold on. The gal came back within 2 min with my medication??? I do not know what is happening at this location but they need management and customer service training

I had to return 5 times in one day to pick up my prescriptions. Kept telling me to come back in 30 minutes, I’d come back in 60 minutes and still not done. Horrible customer service.

I don't know who answered the phone in pharmacy today at 4;53 pm. But she did not seem very personable at all . I am having trouble with my prescription , my Drs office ordered me the wrong brand of stuff that i need. I am trying to get it fixed. The lady on the phone sounded like I was a bother to her instead of being oh let me check , and call my Dr tomorrow and let them know what is going on I think iam changing pharmacies let's he this right for you she just said hold on she talked somlow I could barely hear her. So than she asked someone and they said they tried calling the Drs office yesterday but n0 one called. The other person back yet .I guess iam going to have to take this in my own

When I asked about getting an otc item that has to be gotten from the pharmacy the employee was very rude about it being closed, not open till 11 and that it was the law. Every time I go in this location the employees are rude and unhelpful. I see even though it’s close to my home it’s better to just go to Publix or Walmart for better quality service.

I've been getting prescriptions filled here since the day they opened. I've seen it go from very well managed to very poorly. I'll be using Publix from now on.

First off let me say I'm not a person that enjoys ripping on people. I like to see people do well and succeed in business, and I have spent just as much time posting good reviews for other companies in the area when they get it right. Deep down I would really like to see this location do a big course correction and turn things around.
Now, When I first got to the area 5 years ago, this place was great, and I wrote a quick review back then.
Over time the service went waaaay down. In my mind the king of service, and consistency will always be Chick-fil-A... Well this CVS is the opposite of that. Especially the pharmacy.
They seem to care very little about the needs of their customers. As an example, there is a running coupon available from the vendor of one of my medications. We have tried numerous times to try to get them to run this coupon and they never can do it.. They claimed it will not work if you have insurance, despite the coupon saying it's for those with insurance. Long story short after recently transferring our prescriptions to Target pharmacy, the first day we went to visit we asked about this coupon and they immediately applied it. 5 years later, and we finally get a discount I don't know how much money we have lost over those 5 years sticking with this CVS for that long.
This might seem like an isolated incident but trust me it's not. This is just the one that comes to mind. There have been many other interactions where they ring up stuff wrong, and we have really good insurance, yet we always pay more here.
If I could do it all over again we would have switched our pharmacy to Target a long time ago, after all it's still CVS just not this CVS.
Hopefully management will read this review, and make the adjustment until then we'll shop elsewhere.

I know this review will not make a difference to CVS but the Pharmacy here is the worst. They sat doing nothing about an error in the prescription for weeks. No notice, and no effort on their part. I had to do the leg work to get the Dr to clarify it for them. The two times I went to pick up the medication I was ignored as they helped people at the drive-up window. When I arrived, there was nobody at the window, but they showed up after I was already greeted and told to wait. I stood there while they spent 20 min as car after car pulled up and got help. Short staffing isn't the issue because there were plenty of people standing around chatting. I have to use CVS as my employer only uses them, but I will be changing to a different location since I can't trust them with my health and medication when they ignore prescriptions like that.

Pharmacy is a bit of a joke but not near as bad as the 24 hour CVS on Creighton Rd.

Like many other reviews ...This pharmacy could careless..This is not our first experience with them not having having the prescribed meds and said meds would be in the next day.This went on for days at a time!When asked to talk to pharmacist...was told her was not available. Pharmacy is not open during posted hours!I believe that they know they are the only pharmacy in this area so they don't care!I would give it 0 stars if I could but I can't.

The pharmacy drive thru is super super slow no matter what time of day you go. The pharmacy inside isn't any better. Customer service is greatly lacking at the pharmacy. One person waiting on the drive thru and inside. Everyone else is hiding in the back, including pharmacist.
