So convenient. Everything you need without the tourists! Prices are higher than some places, but very comparable to the two grocery stores nearby, and CVS actually has the medical supplies you need.

They really need to work on the outside ! Their signs look aweful and it is in a tourist area so take those old signs up and replace with newer signs or no signs

There’s not much I can say that’s good about this store. The male pharmacist is an absolute drone. He is zero help whatsoever and on top of that is rude and condescending.
They constantly have issues stocking prescriptions and many times it takes over 48 hours to get important prescriptions in and then they’re rude to you about them.
It’s really unfortunate that we are so limited in actual good business in the Perdido area. This is definitely not one of them.

The cashiers/ employees are always very friendly, respectful, outgoing, and helpful. I love the endless selection of products in stock here. I love the late night store hours CVS has.
Every time I come into CVS the store is always spotless and never a wait of any kind at check out....

When we entered the store we were greeted and asked if we need any help. After selecting our product the cashier assisted us in the checkout process and was so polite and thoughtful.

This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last 5 years. All pharmacy techs are rude. They talk down to you. They are detached from wanting help. They appear as though they can't express empathy. It's the most unpleasant experience time after time. If they hate working with people and their health just go home. I guarantee they wouldn't want to be treated that way either. Is anyone

THIS IS A CVS PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY
I’ve never felt the need to review a pharmacy, but due to the interaction with this one I did.
The pharmacist is completely unprofessional and takes zero accountability. My first interaction was having to go back to the store because they didn’t use my insurance, yet we had been there before and they never asked what insurance. The pharmacist took zero accountability and wanted to argue how it wasn’t their fault.
Second, I dropped off a prescription and was told to come back in 30mins, so I came back in an hour only to be told to come back in 30 more mins. When talking to the pharmacist she would cut me off and made excuses instead of just taking responsibility. When I came in to grab the prescription, they could clearly see I was next in line, but decided to help someone in the drive through who pulled up after me. Zero situation awareness and efficiency.

The drive up window at the pharmacy is shut down all the time, so you have to go inside. Some of the staff are rude, ignore people standing at the counter and I had one lady roll her eyes when I asked her if she could check to see if any other local CVS’s had my prescription since they were out of what I needed. I have had ongoing issues with this pharmacy for nearly 2 years.

I had to return 5 times in one day to pick up my prescriptions. Kept telling me to come back in 30 minutes, I’d come back in 60 minutes and still not done. Horrible customer service.

When I asked about getting an otc item that has to be gotten from the pharmacy the employee was very rude about it being closed, not open till 11 and that it was the law. Every time I go in this location the employees are rude and unhelpful. I see even though it’s close to my home it’s better to just go to Publix or Walmart for better quality service.
