I had to return 5 times in one day to pick up my prescriptions. Kept telling me to come back in 30 minutes, I’d come back in 60 minutes and still not done. Horrible customer service.

When I asked about getting an otc item that has to be gotten from the pharmacy the employee was very rude about it being closed, not open till 11 and that it was the law. Every time I go in this location the employees are rude and unhelpful. I see even though it’s close to my home it’s better to just go to Publix or Walmart for better quality service.

I don't know who answered the phone in pharmacy today at 4;53 pm. But she did not seem very personable at all . I am having trouble with my prescription , my Drs office ordered me the wrong brand of stuff that i need. I am trying to get it fixed. The lady on the phone sounded like I was a bother to her instead of being oh let me check , and call my Dr tomorrow and let them know what is going on I think iam changing pharmacies let's he this right for you she just said hold on she talked somlow I could barely hear her. So than she asked someone and they said they tried calling the Drs office yesterday but n0 one called. The other person back yet .I guess iam going to have to take this in my own

I've been getting prescriptions filled here since the day they opened. I've seen it go from very well managed to very poorly. I'll be using Publix from now on.

I know this review will not make a difference to CVS but the Pharmacy here is the worst. They sat doing nothing about an error in the prescription for weeks. No notice, and no effort on their part. I had to do the leg work to get the Dr to clarify it for them. The two times I went to pick up the medication I was ignored as they helped people at the drive-up window. When I arrived, there was nobody at the window, but they showed up after I was already greeted and told to wait. I stood there while they spent 20 min as car after car pulled up and got help. Short staffing isn't the issue because there were plenty of people standing around chatting. I have to use CVS as my employer only uses them, but I will be changing to a different location since I can't trust them with my health and medication when they ignore prescriptions like that.

Like many other reviews ...This pharmacy could careless..This is not our first experience with them not having having the prescribed meds and said meds would be in the next day.This went on for days at a time!When asked to talk to pharmacist...was told her was not available. Pharmacy is not open during posted hours!I believe that they know they are the only pharmacy in this area so they don't care!I would give it 0 stars if I could but I can't.

The employees came out and said yeah sorry we close at nine today. Weren’t wearing uniform or anything and the time is posted wrong. Employees were rude and unwilling to help.

My gosh.. don't fill your prescription here unless you have all day to do it. They had two pharmacist working in the middle of a day on a Saturday. I stood in line with the same three people for over a half an hour. No one came through the drive-through during that time. The man working was helpful at getting a lower price on my medication which I appreciated but he took forever to get any of it done while the woman working had a bad attitude and was stocking shelves in the back even though there was a line. She did not seem like she wanted to help anyone at any point and stood there shaking her head when they were complaints about the wait time. I would definitely choose to drive to a pharmacy farther away to not have this experience.

The pharmacy drive thru is super super slow no matter what time of day you go. The pharmacy inside isn't any better. Customer service is greatly lacking at the pharmacy. One person waiting on the drive thru and inside. Everyone else is hiding in the back, including pharmacist.

I am adding a bad review for this pharmacy. My doctor sent prescriptions at 4 pm yesterday. 24 hs later, on my way to pick up these antibiotic and other medicines, I am told that they did not bother to prepare them and that it just “takes a while”. Amazingly unprofessional!”

Scheduled a 139$ Fast Result PCR test so that I could catch an international flight, only to find out this unit did not do it. I had to run around town looking for a clinic that had an available schedule. No point on CVS system on allowing you to make an appointment for a service they do not provide.

This review is about the pharmacy, my only reason for frequenting this store where I've filled my prescriptions for 20 years (prices for OTC and a range of other drugstore products are cheaper elsewhere). For the last couple of years. The staff turnover has been excessive. It seems like there's a whole new crew every month. Nobody seems to know their job; they seem frazzled and overwhelmed. I've been trying for months to get off the prescription auto refill program but keep getting refills that I don't want or need. The CVS automated telephone refill service is confusing and changes frequently.
