Pharmacist Tonya Rich is exceptional! I'm not sure if she works at this location but I met her at a flu vaccine clinic today at PYC and I'm extremely impressed. I appreciate her gentle professionalism and problem-solving mindset. Thank you, Tonya!

I don’t understand why the pharmacy allows people to sit at the drive-through for 10 minutes instead of asking them to walk in or drive back around. .. this defeats, the purpose of a drive-through when it’s being held up by one individual.

ZERO STARS! Every single time I come to this pharmacy I have issues picking up my meds. Also TWICE this year alone I have been given the wrong medicine for my son (a minor) and was called asking for me to come back to the store with it. Fed up is an understatement. This place is unprofessional, ignorant, and in need of new management. I’ll be going elsewhere

If I could leave a zero, I would. Every single time I go to this pharmacy I have dealt with the RUDEST people ever!! It doesn’t matter who it is, they have all been extremely rude & couldn’t care less about what you’re going through. Being as you work in a PHARMACY you deal with sick people or people who aren’t feeling well more times than none. It would be nice to have someone there who has some empathy!!!

Unprofessional went to get my medicine from Pharmacy just to smell nothing but Marijuana comeing from the car of a employee heavy set dark skin girl with long black Straight hair sliver suv could have at least went to the back of the store never shopping there agin

To walk into a business and they are playing
Unprofessional music in a public setting and from all the comment I guess cvs don’t care or the general manager could careless about the Image they give off to guest
And as a person who yes I list to that music in my home or car but I run a business and there a time and place for everything

If there is a half star i will but it bad customer service ever they are rude and when I asked about the manager she told me I'm the manager so now I see why they got bad reviews in this location I hope someone can come and see how the work goes here

I as an impatient person myself can understand when it Comes to something as important as our medication.We want to hear and we want it now.Yet we have to understand these people are doing their bas far.As getting what we need to us in a timely manner.They have a job to do And I think we need to be more understanding Of that At times the pharmacist Gary has been nothing short of AMAZING! Mindy took time to come out and with another employee (sorry cannot remember name )BOTH of these ladies came out to help me with a vehicle issue ! THEY ARE ONLY HUMAN let's cut them some slack. This store absolutely SUCKS! I only go to this location for my medications and I really wish I didn't have too. The staff is incompetent, rude and unprofessional!
Not only that, they don't seem to know what communication is. I placed a refill for one of my meds and they waited 10 days to call and let me know it wasn't in stock.
They are slow as well. I miss having a private pharmacist. I took the same amount of meds while I had a private pharmacist and Id have my meds in under an hour.
CVS does everything they can to avoid customer contact. They've even now have it where when you call you can't get a human, you have to leave a message and pray to get a call back!!
I loathe this company!

This is twice we have been to THIS CVS and dealt with Ivan….the very rude pharmacist. Last time he practically told my wife she was stupid for refilling the medication that her specialist recommended. Today, to prevent her from having to deal with the rudeness, I came in to get the refill. After being told it would be ready days ago, it wasn’t in the system. No worries. But, very rude. Just said nothing in the system and walked away. I got the name and went back up. He just said they would refil and I had to wait. Again, mistakes happen but whatever happened to customer service and/or caring? We go to CVS everywhere. But, this location is ridiculous….or maybe just pharmacist Ivan.
