I guess it's time for a change. I waited at the counter for around 15 minutes before I was acknowledged after that it took another 10 minutes before the not so happy Esmarelda got my prescriptions and sort of tossed my bag with a mumble . Reed was not there but I must say he keeps everyone in the pharmacy very positive.

Heidi was very helpful in getting my prescription filled and she quickly refilled it as a 90 day supply as I waited. Although, I do not like the phone system at CVS which makes me drive to the location with questions, their in-store customer service made up for their bad phone system.
