I went in to the Scenic Drive CVS to purchase Insulin syringes for my wife's GLP1 Rx and they gave me the 10th degree of questions, then refused service. This store is 2 blocks away from our home and we've used them as our neighborhood pharmacy since we moved to PCola 3 years ago. I'm a 60 year old professional and far from the 'druggie' looking type. I was dressed for work and it was 11AM when I went into the store.This is the first time that I've ever been refused service (anywhere) and it's the LAST TIME that I'll ever step foot in another CVS. The pharmacist is a middle management Tool who obviously enjoys embarrassing store patrons.

I guess it's time for a change. I waited at the counter for around 15 minutes before I was acknowledged after that it took another 10 minutes before the not so happy Esmarelda got my prescriptions and sort of tossed my bag with a mumble . Reed was not there but I must say he keeps everyone in the pharmacy very positive.

Not a single prescription here has ever been prepared on time. Every time I arrive, well after the script has been sent from the doctors office, they act like it’s the first time they’re seeing when I get to the window and it’ll be “an hour” until it’s ready. One prescription was eight patches of an anti nausea medication….easily prepared while I’m at the window. Another prescription, I arrived three days in a row and was told “available next day” each time. Found out eight days later that, instead of communicating with me, they tried to change the medication with the doctor to something else because they couldn’t get the original. I have never had a medication ready on time at this pharmacy and have only chosen it for convenience purposes. Looking into independent pharmacies in the area because commercial pharmacies have entirely lost the value of customer care and relationships.

Heidi was very helpful in getting my prescription filled and she quickly refilled it as a 90 day supply as I waited. Although, I do not like the phone system at CVS which makes me drive to the location with questions, their in-store customer service made up for their bad phone system.

Waited 3 days for my diabetes medicine. When I came by to have my prescription switched to another store. My meds magically appeared on the shelf.

Cashier was the most friendly that I have ever seen at this location. I heard her conversing with another customer as I entered. That customer was telling her how amazing she was. I’ve. Been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, so I observe behaviors like this. That customer was right. She was such a delight.

Pharmacy customer service is a joke. If you want to be treated like you're a child, and they the "adults" while dealing with something as personal as your medication, this is the place for you!

I visited a local CVS to get vitamins on sale as BOGO … as it turns out CVS has double the price where you’re actually paying for the second item anyway! Be careful and do your homework

We were on vacation and two of my kids got sick needing multiple meds filled on 3 different occasions in the same week. I can't say enough how much I appreciate how quickly the CVS pharmacy on Scenic hwy filled antibiotics and other meds needed to help my kids. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent customer service and so fast!!! Thank you so much for making a tough week a little easier!!
