I’ve been going to this pharmacy to this pharmacy for close to a decade- never had any issues until today.
The head pharmacist, Anthony W. denied to fill my prescription because of a personal vendetta he has against my doctor. He was extremely rude and aggressive, He gave me his unsolicited opinion on why I should get a new doctor, then walked away in mid conversation
I would steer clear of this pharmacy until he is inevitably let go.

My wife was referred to by an African American lady working as a pharmacy technician as "the crazy white girl" when she didn't see my wife was within range to hear her. My wife has a disease which causes her immense amounts of pain and can not be cured, it's called fibrous dysplasia, and was simply upset because they waited until 4 minutes before her doctors office closed to tell her they didn't even have her medicine at this pharmacy. She was made fun of and laughed at by both this tech and the pharmacist. Let's imagine if my wife went in and said crazy black girl for any reason. How does that end? Someone from CVS needs to be held accountable legally. Het Hippa rights were violated with them basically broadcasting what medicine she was prescribed and you can't speak to someone directly in charge so what Avenue do we need to take? I'd give you a negative 5 stars if it would let me. CVS used to stand for something.

They never answer the phone anymore it just goes to voice mail that says it will call back in a few hours and no one ever does. I end up having to do to the store just to ask a question with is crazy to me.

I would have given -0- stars but that wasn’t available. At the drive thru I was picking up 2 prescriptions. The pharmacist said I couldn’t get both so I chose one. She said it would be 30 more minutes to get it ready. As I’m driving home they text that it’s ready 7 minutes later. After reading all the poor reviews, it appears they enjoy jerking all their customers around. Do yourself a favor and find another drugstore!

Apparently CVS no longer answers their phone unless it is an emergency, you have to leave a voicemail. They did not return my call. I went into the store to talk to someone and they no longer will provide service inside the store, the only way to talk to someone is to go through the drivethru. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Very professional and helpful. They alway make sure they give me a heads up when my prescription is ready and when they find problems or need more time.

Left a message on 11/29/23, no return call. My husband called for me the next day still no call. I decided to stop by at almost 5:00 pm. The employee said he heard my voicemail and will have it ready for me in 45 minutes. Came back, the person at the cash register was not friendly told me my total. I did not expect to pay that amount she told me for I have always been picking up only one medication a visit for 3 years. I was given two more. I tried to explain to the cashier, how I was always receiving my prescription, she told me if I only want one it will be an hour wait. Lucky I had the money because my husband had my debit card.

Worse pharmacy ever!!! Acted as if they were transferring my prescription to another cvs pharmacy had to me drive over only for them to tell me they didn’t transfer it. A bunch of liars

Needed to get some passport photos for the wife and kids. The store manager helped us out. Fast service, very professional and great with the kids.
