Giving 5 stars for Rob and Joaquin, the pharmacist that have gone above and beyond to help me. The newer pharmacy tech is rude, no customer service skills and handed me ingredients to what was supposed to be a compounded mouthwash. Thank goodness the pharmacist, Joaquin, was willing to fix it for me, no questions asked! Rob has always been AWESOME!

First time going here to pick up a prescription for my dog. My vet called the order in for me. When I went to pick it up, they did not have it ready. I went back the following day in the drive thru and told the CVS pharmacist specifically what medication I was there to pick up. They charged my card, handed me a bag of pills and said byee. After I pulled away from the drive thru, I opened the bag and it was the incorrect pills and not what I had asked for by name. I parked and walked inside to speak with the manager. With a smile on his face, he told me that the medication I had asked for would not be ready until Monday. I said fine but I need my money back for the incorrect pills that I did not order. They told me they would not refund me since I had already left with the medication. The pill bottles were never opened and i literally drove from the drive thru to the parking lot and walked back inside, but that didn’t matter to them. They would not refund me for their mistake. The pills were useless to me so I gave them back to them and left, but they kept my money

One of the best CVS Pharmacies across the board. I despise chain pharmacies, they are usually cold and uncaring. Publix and Walgreens top this list. Rob at this location is not your generic pharmacist, and for that, I'm very grateful. It's getting harder to find places I can get my meds in Pensacola, especially with my insurance. I drive 30 minutes out of my way, after also driving 90mi just to see my doctor, to go to this pharmacy.
Please keep up the good, personal work. It's truly appreciated more than you know.

Has scripts sent here because coming in town from another state. They had my insurance info. Had to have brother pick up. I wasn't arriving until after CVS closed. They charged brother full price no insurance!! Gave me an extra medication, didn't need. Told them 2 times not to give that to my brother when he comes. Mgr understood so I thought.Wouldn't let me return or fix bill after reopening after Xmas. Thanks for ripping me off out of $35. Why did you tell me that you were not going to put that medication in the bag and you did it anyways??

Been going here for 13 plus years and had the female pharmacist who works on Saturdays be very rude to me. Threatened to delay my meds needed for cancer pain. She told me I couldn’t stand at counter that other customers needed to be able to get to counter. Ok, but I was the only customer in the entire store at the time. I stated I would go sit down so she could wait on the other 15 standing in line. Still no one. That is when she stated she would take longer to fill my meds. And told me I was being rude. What type of pharmacist threatens a patient with delaying to fill their meds. I will do what I can to report her.

5 Star Pharmacist and I thank him so much . I was dealing with V.A. , Aetna , Medicare , VA Community Care and Opnum and getting nowhere . I was amazed he twice worked through that maze to get my medication for $30 a month instead of $190 a month which would not have been sustainable for us to pay . God Bless you Sir

Prescriptions should have information on the container…. Ya’ll really can’t print the sticker and put it on the bottle? So you’re just giving people bottles of pills with no information on them… Malpractice?

My elderly mother had been at of the hospital for 2 days and she misplaced her medication on a Friday. She is to see her primary on Monday. Knowing it would be almost impossible to solve this problem on a Friday afternoon, the pharmacist let me have an emergency 3 day pill supply of the 2 most important prescriptions. Excellent service and very kind staff.

Got new insurance so they texted me on 1/12/24 that they had to get my meds approved by my MD. 1/30/24 they still had not filled it. I had been out for days so I went in because never had any luck getting them to answer the phone. Finally they said yes it was approved but they had not filled it so I had to wait as if they had to count pills. An this one all they have to do is slap the lable as it is already in the bottle measured out. This is poor sevice again. Since I got yelled at and bullied by their employees last time they screwed up it is extremely stressful for me to even go in there and if they screw up like this I am ready thinking they are going to yell at me again.

Left on hold for 50 minutes and they disconnected my call. Needed to leave instructions to put my Rx in one bottle instead of leaving me to dig out the cotton of the manufactured bottle. Thomas Patterson was the pharmacist on duty. Totally unacceptable. Got through on second call and Emmy finally answered telling me she got back to me in two minutes the first time but I wasn't there. I was there the whole time.

Very unprofessional. I was picking up a prescription and two of the pharmacy employees were making jokes about how customers couldn't pay for their 300 dollar prescriptions. The conversation was so loud that everyone in the pharmacy waiting area could hear. I will not be back and encourage anyone who is thinking of having their prescriptions filled at this location to go elsewhere.

I’ve had problems getting rx usually not in stock. I applied for the $10 rebate. Now my card is on hold. My ex is a pharmacist at cvs. The vaccines were a good experience but it always takes so long. They made my husband walk to the back to verify a rx. He doesn’t walk much
