Cashiers up front are super friendly and helpful despite having self-checkout.
Been reading the bad reviews about the pharmacy, but I don't pick up meds here.
Other than that, this store is usually well-stocked with the latest beauty items! I always find hidden gems on sale or clearance. Love this CVS!

Hire more people for the pharmacy or just stop acting like you are a reputable pharmacy. I just dropped this from a 2 to a 1. First I was told 2 hours maybe Friday if they rushed it, I said I would get it Saturday. Called Saturday, she said they were out but it was on order, but then double checked and it was in stock, just not filled, after 24 hours. Now going into day 2. This is my last time using CVS for anything. No issue with the staff. CVS needs to come off the money and hire enough people in the pharmacy. I should not have to wait over 24 hours. No wonder you lose customers to any other drug store. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES IN THE PHARMACY!!

This is the best CVS in the area. The person who helped me was very understanding and really helped us out of a bind after running out of medication since our trip was extended beyond the 2 weeks initially planned.

Bathroom is not allowed for customers. "Always Broken" or "Closed"
Might as well put a sign that says "We don't give a crap about our customers"

This has been my pharmacy for years but it has gone downhill over the last few years. I have new insurance as I am sure a lot of people do in January. I called to give them my new insurance info and of course you aren’t able to speak to anyone but have to leave a voice message. Trey called me back and was extremely rude and told me I would have to bring my card in to him because they won’t take my insurance info over the phone. It takes them forever to fill prescriptions as it is but now I will have to drive up there to give them my new card and then go back hours later to pick up the prescriptions. Trey has NO customer service skills at all and is extremely rude to a client of over 10 plus years.

Pharmacist Tre not very friendly at all. Not only did he have an attitude about an "out of town" rx, he didn't even ask to continue filling the non narcotic. Hung up saying he is too slammed to be talking...I understand rules and regulations but basic customer service is lacking do your job or go somewhere else bud

Pharmacist wouldn’t call my doc. Wouldn’t call other pharmacy. Basically made everything more difficult than it had to be because she was busy. Don’t go here

Sad when the store manager does not even care when one of their employees gives a customer the bird because they were in a rush and could not wait for us to back up in to our spot. When advised of this, they hung up on me because they obviously did not care or did not have the spine to correct the behavior of their employee... No wonder the rating of this place is so trash. I hope the owners see this and look to make changes in their employees' employment status.

My very first visit to this store was wonderful. Every encounter was a joy bc they were knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, professional & appeared to show they enjoyed the work they were doing. I am so happy I selected this store to receive my medications !

Never in my life have I had a pharmacy refused to fill up prescription. How is CVS not going to be contracted with the second biggest insurance provider in Florida? It’s mind-boggling. People on the night crew had me running around back And fourth when they could’ve given me all that information in the first place, very disappointing service 9/10/24 930pm

Amazing customer service!! I was using the app for the first time and an employee of that store OFF THE CLOCK, shopping stopped to explain to me how to benefit and use the rewards with the app!! After a long day at work it was an experience I won't forget I'll be back there asap
