Was followed all around the store by a Caucasian woman from the moment i walked in. Walked up to me at check out and when i asked what she was doing, she replied just checking on you. Nothing to the person right next to me. This is not the 1st time. Was put in touch with the store manger John Newborn who completely dismissed it stating she was doing her job!

These people in this pharmacy do not have customer service in mind. Besides one cool guy, they are rude, inconsiderate, and lazy, and will routinely lie about how long it will take to fill a prescription. There's a walgreens right across thr street. GoThe unhappy black girl with the headwrap told us it would take 2 hours to fill 1 prescription, then she did somebody else's in 30 minutes! Then she told us to go to walgreens! People pulled up in the drive through and she helped them immediately. That's just an example of the lack of professionalism and discrimination in that CVS.

The CVS at Target is superb and above any other CVS in Pensacola. The atmosphere of Target makes it worth the while

This is best CVS in Pensacola and they don't take a long time to return your call back with their new voice mail system.

I just left this CVS about 10 minutes ago. The man at the front counter ignored me to my face (made eye contact so I know he heard me and saw me) when I asked where I could find a pulseoximeter. I figured maybe he just wanted to finish his task, so I stood there for another minute and he refused to acknowledge me. Not even "I'll be with you in a minute" just silence.

I went to the Minute Clinic two days ago at this CVS location, and was prescribed two different meds. The nurse practitioner “Demi” asked which pharmacy I wanted to have them sent to. I specifically told her to send them to the Publix closest to my house, which is across town. She nodded and typed it into her computer. I left, and was going to pick them up at Publix near my house. They were never sent to Publix! They were sent to the CVS pharmacy at that same store. Had I known they were sent to the wrong pharmacy, I could have picked them up while I was still there. Here it is, two days later, and I still don’t have the meds. I called and was told that I have to call Publix, Publix will call CVS, and the scripts will be sent to Publix. Why should I have to go to that much effort to get the drugs I asked to be sent to Publix in the first place??? It’s a hassle for me and for Publix. I won’t be going back to this “clinic” again. This is incompetence.

I was running late for work, but had to stop & grab some medicine. I ended up locking my keys in my car while it was still cranked ? The manager Johnny is like my HERO!!! He stood outside in the heat for like 45 mins trying to help me get in my car. He finally succeeded & I couldn’t thank him enough ?? He was such a blessing ❤️

Went in this morning to find some baby items my wife sent me out for. Could not find them, There were no employees to help me find them, I imagine the things I needed were in the mountain of plastic totes in the middle of the floor. I went to publix and found exactly what I was looking for, The staff took me right to the well stocked shelfs and I was out of there in 10 minutes. CVS Needs to get it together.

My wife and I came to drop off prescriptions, we were 2nd in line and 1st at the drop off counter. They were understaffed but continued to assist pick up customers as we continued waiting and waiting...horrible experience, no since of urgency or movement with purpose...well, that's hourly employees for you.

I have switched to CVS on Davis and Olive after many years of using a different pharmacy. The pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, CSR staff are ALL professional, and treat their account holders/customers with respect. This even translates to phone calls as well! I would recommend this pharmacy over all others in Pensacola.

Quick, friendly, and efficient. Used the drive thru was done before the light switch again at university. Completely different from the same store CVS across town. I guess it really do matter what side of town your own on how you get treated.
