Everyone is very helpful. Be ready to wait. If you have to get your license renewal. Best thing you could do is get on the electronics line. Do whatever you need to do during the day and come back 30 minutes before your number is called so like that you don’t have to wait, so many hours inside.

DMV is known for being slow and long waits, but we got on the wait list, then when we were called upon we were told she couldn’t help us for a new tag, only renewal and that she didn’t work the window for new tags and we would have to get back in line and it would be 2 more hours. The employee was surprised when I said we were leaving. If I had nothing else on earth to do I probably still wouldn’t sit there for 2 hours more after already waiting out turn.

I got there at 630a and got in line at the front door at 830 when they open the guy with a ponytail and bad attitude said the line starts in the back..im like nowhere on the facility does say that. He preceded to say welcome to my world. IDK why he would say that but then he separated the people testing and people for other things. Then they took us through front door where I was this man started arguments with people in line for what?

Is being rude a prerequisite to working at this location? Every time I go to this office I am blown away at how rude and condescending the staff is. The way that I was spoken to today by Edward was unbelievable- I didn’t even finish my transaction inside, I left to go through the drive through. As someone who works with the public, I know how stressful and mentally taxing it can be. Yet, I have never spoken to someone as nasty as I was spoken to today. If you don’t possess the patience and people skills to serve the public, the DMV is not the place for you. I’ll drive an hour out of my way to go to the Molino office before I step foot in here again.I will say- the woman working the drive through (Cherish I believe) was wonderful. Almost hard to believe they’d employ someone who is kind and has people skills.

I’ve been attempting to register my vehicle in Florida for the past year, with minimum help from the people that have chosen to do this for a living. I send the info I have via email to one of the ladies, who informs me everything is sufficient for my registration. Today I get called in to Amber at window 45, who is not only unhelpful, but quite possibly the rudest, most insufferable human I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. All the while, I am still unable to register my vehicle.

I went to my Driving test, and Duane was the man of the moment. Duane’s clear instructions helped me a lot. He communicated well and was professional. I was happy to see Alex at Marcus Pointe. When I did the written text at the Downtown office, Alex took his time to explain every step. The slim lady at window 4 was professional and helpful with the paperwork. I smiled home afterward. Marcus Pointe needs more people like Duane, Alex, and the slim lady at window 4 on 05/09/23.

In all my years of living, coming to this tax collector has never been a problem, up until I came across Ms.Cindy at window 7. As I watch her take her time with any other race, but is sarcastic and rushes the people of color. Before I could even get to the window she had an attitude telling me my wife needed something that I was unaware about, but could certainly get in a few seconds. She made it seem as if I was trying to argue with her, went to her manager and said I didn't have my paperwork while I did. I had to get loud for them to hear me saying I have my information as she was trying to get us kicked out. After she finally got the paperwork she never put us into the system to go on to the next task, she told us to have a seat and an hr went past, after that we went to someone else to ask about the situation and was told we were never entered into the line. So we are here another 2 hrs because of a nasty representative, if you could PLS AVOID CINDY AT WINDOW 7

Excellent service, though I didn't want to be there I had to, the lady there was very patient, I had not done anything dmv related myself before but she helped me get it done, transferring my ID and registering my cars. Wait wasnt bad for fl dmv but I'd recommend showing up early and stand at the doors cause you will have a line out the door, you will spend time waiting so bring a camping chair if you have to. Heck bring some snacks and water while your at it. Like I said you may be waiting awhile but you cant do nothing about it. This is fl. Come prepared with what you need, do the research on there site so you only have to make 1 trip

Paid my registration renewal online and somehow it did it so I just walked in with a code and hour later and opened a locker and grabbed my stickers and registration. Very cool like using an Amazon Locker.

I am disabled and have a difficult time getting around. The lady that opened the door allowed me in and had me escorted directly where I needed to go. Everyone was very kind and helpful
