The staff didn't know their merchandise and couldn't answer our questions. They had to ask the manager but he seemed to be too busy to help us. We were the only ones in there. We didn't feel welcomed

If your not Hispanic or Latino then you will not fit in at this store, there boots are low quality, I highly recommend going elsewhere if you truly want quality

I came in to browse from work boots... The clerk approached me and asked me if I needed help which I asked for a certain shoe size immediately said they didn't have it I asked for steel toe water resistant boots they don't carry water resistant boots I got bad vibes all around like I was unwanted because I was American.
