My wife and I went to Elite Motors to inquire about a van we saw on Facebook Marketplace. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the lot. All of the cars on display were very nice and all in good condition. The office is small but very homey. I would choose Elite motors over a big dealership any day. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. They were also very patient with us while we waited for our loan to process. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. Our van runs great and we even got an extra key with purchase. Thanks again!

Ace unlock was way to expensive and had very little options for my 2015 Honda. The business is nice and willing to help and make sure you leave happy. Price was very reasonable and the guy made sure to check, check again and triple check to make sure everything was working the way it should. Honestly. If I get another car or project vehicle. I’m taking it to him.

Kevin legitimately tries to find cars that are of quality before he sells them, and I saw no junkers on his lot.He probably didn't like me much at first, because I went in jaded, as I have been burned in the past at used car lots, so I was short with him and put the van under a microscope.But he was cool with letting me spend as much time as I wanted; running OBD-II tests, crawling under it to check for leaks and rust, an interstate run, and grilling him for information. He even suggested that I could take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. Where I live, that is rare behavior from a used car salesman.He didn't budge much on the price, but he told me when we first started talking that he was pretty firm on it, and to be fair, it was priced well for what it is. I respect that, he knows what he has, but doesn't try to hike up the price artificially.Upon leaving, I noticed that one of the factory keys would not open the door, so Kevin made me a nice "switchblade" key fob that works great. It was a nice touch.Overall, I would recommend checking this place out. My experience with Kevin has helped to neutralize my distaste for used car lots. I'm happy with my new van, and I feel good about the transaction.Hope this helps.

I had a key made for my 2011 F-150 about 3 months ago. Low and behold as time went the key became weak and would not unlock my truck but on rare occasions. I waited to contact because I was extremely busy with work and it would slip my mind and even 3 months later, The owner Mr Krasen was generous enough to have me bring my key back in and check it out and noticed battery was low. Replaced the battery for free! I highly recommend based off my experience that he is a true business owner who’s priority is customer satisfaction. Very pleased with his service! Thanks again sir!

The owner of this company, Kevin, worked diligently to meet my needs. He had to purchase and install new technology in his business in order for me to get a replacement key for my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta.While it took some time, 6 weeks start to finish, Kevin kept me informed at at every step and roadblock on the way.
