Kyle and his team at Expert Tune are top notch! As a military member who moves frequently, it’s tough to find reliable and honest people all the time that you can rely on. Kyle is one of them! They stand by their work and will not let you leave without a solution to the issues your vehicle has. If you need anything done for your vehicle, look to Expert Tune first. Highly recommend.

These guys were awesome. Visiting from out of state when my car started idling very rough. Called several places and was referred here. Even though they were busy, they were able to work me in quickly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No BS and did not try to up-sell me. Just did what needed to be done. Kyle is the damn man.

New to the Cantonment area and wanted to find a great shop I could trust to work on my vehicles and Expert Tune came highly recommended. On my laundry list of repairs needed, I asked for a rotate and balance. When I got home, I could tell the tires had not been rotated. I checked the bill and I was not charged. No big deal. I called and they were very apologetic and acknowledged that I did make the request. They worked me in the very next day and made it right. Thank you!
Another repair done was for the engine temp. running a tad high, so a new thermostat was suggested.
What I am not happy about is the day after that I was cleaning my car, checking my fluids I noticed my thermostat housing was the same. I know this because I replaced the thermostat myself 6 months before. On the bill, I was charged for thermostat housing & thermostat w/ gasket at the cost of $49.30. To replace this cost $110. I called Expert Tune and inquired. I was told my current housing looked better than the aftermarket one delivered, so they took the thermostat out of the new housing and just used it.
The part ordered should have been returned, and just a thermostat ordered instead. I was charged for something I didn't need/used and charged for the labor to replace. A thermostat for my car shouldn't cost for than $27 and take approximately 15 minutes TOPS to replace.
For this reason, my search for a trustworthy shop continues.

Great shop! After many years of service, I strongly recommend Expess Tune Goodyear Tires for their friendly and experienced staff. They even stood up and helped me with understanding how to install snow chains [visiting TN's Appalachia mountains this winter].

Went to get tires and alignment they broke my spoiler on the side of my car and didn't tell me get in my car back it up and it falls off wouldn't recommend them to anyone..
