Highly recommend!! I usually have my fiancé change my oil but he is out of the country currently, so I decided I would try Express since I’ve heard really good things about them. They 100% lived up to the expectations, Kyle who was SO GREAT, explained everything thoroughly and even showed me how to check my cabin air filter! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them!

Went in for a quick oil change. Less than 10 minutes later I was good to go. Very fast and very friendly service, and they didnt try to sell me things that I didn't need. Myself and my fleet manager prefer Express for oil changes because how great they are.

Pulled in to get oil change and was greeted immediately. Logan did my oil change and was really helpful, super quick took no longer than 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Very knowledge and pleasant to deal with
Update: I thought this was a great place to get my oil changed. I had no idea that they also did repairs, until I spoke with the service manager Mike. He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I have dealt with many mechanic shops and they've always made me feel like I'm a woman that has no idea what I'm talking about. After talking to him I knew that if I ever had mechanical issues with my car I was going to bring it to them.
Unfortunately my car left me stranded on the interstate a few days ago. I decided to have my car towed to express oil and lube. This was one of the best decisions I could have ever made.
I received a call from the mechanic Suede after they had diagnosed the issue. He gave me a quote and explained they had to wait a days to get the part in. I was told my car would be done today. I received a call from Suede apologizing and explaining that after they replaced the fuel pump apparently when the fuel pump went down it broke a sensor. Which they were again going to have to wait for the part to come in. He then told me the good news. They decided that they were going to honor the quote and order and install the new sensor at no additional charge. I can't believe it! A repair shop that stands behind their word! I have never had this happen. I was in the automotive industry for 15 years. I dealt with tons of different shops and I've never seen this before!
They aren't even aware of my situation. I am a widow living on a very fixed income. I haven't slept since my car broke down because I've been trying to figure out how to pay for all of this. Since I lost my husband I truly have had no help. I have been taken advantage of more times than I can count.
I don't even know what to say or how I could possibly thank them. Suede and Mike you have showed me that there are good people out there. You have a customer for life! I wish I could give you a 100 stars!

Always a great experience at this location. All of our cars are serviced here. The honesty from the mechanic Suede is appreciated. His knowledge of all components is helpful.
I highly suggest taking your auto needs to Express on 9 Mile in Pensacola.

Very very quick and extremely professional Kyle did a great service on my truck and was very professional while doing so I had a concern about a check engine light and he scanned it for me aswell with the oil change free of charge and helped me find the issue
