Excellent quality, and always clean. Very well-maintained. Having a storage at this 9 Mile location is very comforting. Easy and convenient access and consistently provides fantastic customer service. Darrell, the manager, goes above and beyond to help you in any way that he can. All the staff that we've interacted with have been awesome. Thank you Extra Space!!!

Samuel is an absolute unit, I had some issues with opening the gates and he was quixk and efficient to show me the proper way of handling the storage doors and locks. He was very kind and understanding this place is amazing.

Very clean, very very affordable. Honestly, that was the initial reason I chose this place, BUT, after dropping my stuff off, the design of the location to allow you to drop off/pick up under a covered portion is brilliant. Love it. Stay affordable, and you’ve got a customer for life and plenty of referrals.
