Ther service is good but, CHECK THE DATES ON THE FOOD YOU BUY!! I've bought multiple items that had expired months ago, and they don't give you a receipt when you finish paying so I can't even go back and exchange it. Very disappointed, how hard is it to check the dates when you restock your food

I recently visited the Exxon convenience store on 9th Avenue and was disappointed to find that they do not offer restroom facilities to their paying customers. This lack of access to a restroom seems counterintuitive for a convenience store, especially considering the range of services they provide.As a customer who regularly visits different convenience stores in the area, I have come to expect restroom facilities to be available for added convenience. It becomes particularly inconvenient when there is no option to use the facilities while making a purchase.In situations like these, having a restroom available can contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. It's not only about the convenience but also about promoting a comfortable experience for patrons who may need to use the facilities during their visit.I kindly request that Exxon consider offering restroom facilities to their customers. Doing so would greatly improve the overall experience and maintain a high level of customer service that is expected from such establishments.

I came to the station and tried to use my Walmart+ discount. After the pump marked the 10 cents discount, it was suddenly cancelled. Apparently it was cancelled from the inside. We tried again, and it did not work. Then we went inside and the cashier told us that “they do not take Walmart+ discount” when clearly the pump marked it. Very disappointed!

The staff is great and always friendly and helpful. Any time if the day or night if I want a lottery ticket buy some candy or grab some gas . The guys at Exxon on on 8th Ave are be great.cant wait until next fims

This is a great exxon to stop at during the day as it's right next to "Nola" mama bears taste of New Orleans food truck. haha. There are only 4 gas pumps & it's always busy, so you might have to wait a little for gas. Eat first, then, you will have plenty of "Gas" options. recommend :)
