Family Dollar is a normal store with stocked items that is easy to shop in. The line is not usually too long. The staff are often described as awesome, friendly, very nice, and great, providing genuine customer service. Shelves are generally well-stocked and it is easy to find what you are looking for, with the store having needed items most of the time. However, one staff member, assumed to be the manager, is frequently criticized as rude and slow to assist. The parking lot is smaller but parking is easy. A noted issue is that dairy products often do not last until the printed date.
