I went to ship a package back here. I couldn’t print the label at home so they printed it there. The lady was getting ready to tape the box up and I asked her if she needed to know what I was sending. She asked if anything was perishable and I said no. Told her it was just a small portable generator that didn’t work. She told me I had to take it to the FedEx on W street. She said they don’t ship anything with lithium batteries at that location but I did have to come to that place because the one on W doesn’t print labels. I got to the FedEx on W street and the lady there told me if I hadn’t said there was a lithium battery in my package I could have been fined up to 10k. It wouldn’t have been on the lady that was getting ready to tape up my package but on me. I didn’t see any signs saying anything about lithium batteries. Hopefully this will help any other people from making the mistake. Luckily I asked because ups always asks what I’m sending.

I had a HUGE return. It was a piece of furniture. My husband thought we’d have a difficult time due to the size, but we had one of the easiest returns ever. The gentleman was awesome and knows what customer service is. I didn’t catch his name but he was so friendly and made the return a breeze. He couldn’t have been nicer. This was June 6, 2025 just before 4 PM. So maybe someone knows his name and can give him a shoutout.

Helpful employees. Little tough to get in and out of this location as Airport blvd is super busy. HOWEVER THIS IS. THE BEST FEDEX IN THE AREA. So, worth it!

Great parking set up, wheelchair accessible side walk with automatic sliding door entrance. Employee was attentive and immediately greeted me and showed me how to use kiosk to send my package. Very friendly and I was in and out in about 2 minutes. Many self serve kiosks available as well. Will definitely use this store again for shipping. Recommend!

Horrible customer service I stood in there five minutes. No one even acknowledged me. I’m the only customer in there five different men in their working everybody standing around doing nothing will never ever go back here again. UPS here I come.

I can’t express enough how much we appreciate the help that Janice gave us in ordering funeral programs for my Mother. Her patience and knowledge are to be commended. She is truly an asset to the FedEx family.

I am so very thankful for this store! I walked in yesterday needing two textbooks spiral bound. The place I had used previously for this service does not offer it any longer. I was fully prepared for the print services employee to turn me away, and I’d be resigned to un-spiralbound book sorrow for the next two years ? BUT! That wonderful associate not only told me he could spiral bind my textbooks for me, he did it while I waited in the store!!!! I am ridiculously happy with this service! Thank you, sir, for saving me and my child(ren) from this potential sorrow. I will definitely be back and have recommended them to everyone I know who will need this same service.

This was the very best customer service experience I have had in a very long time!!! I called in with what I thought was an impossible task of making a banner for my son's home coming from being deployed. I had forgotten to order one and I was down to the wire. I called and Jacob helped me get to the website and talked me through ordering it on line and choosing their store. I did as he instructed and with in an hour I had it all designed. I paid for it and it was sent over to the store. I verified that they received it and they had it completed with in the 24 hours!!! I am so thankful that they helped me make this for my son! They did a great job and now I am going to have them do all my printing needs from now on.

Thank you for helping me today. Another patron assaulted me with one of your kiosks and then accused me of having a fire arm and you all intervened. He even waited for me in the parking lot and tried to follow me out. I quickly got behind him and got his plate number and attempted to call 911 for assistance, but because I was in full PTSD mode and was having a hard time calming down, and the operator wasn’t properly trained in de-escalation, I was told, since I continued to talk over her, she couldn’t help and she hung up on me. I tried to call back, but I guess her buddy sitting next to her decided she didn’t want to help either and said to make a report. I was being stalked like an animal out of the parking lot with valid fear and had just been assaulted and had explained I had PTSD. I was in a trigger. Oh well. Guess we’ll let the crazy dude do his thing and follow me home where my children are. I’m scared. I’m confused. Anyway, thank you to all the employees and customers who had my 12 and my 6. That’s what’s up, actually. ✊? I’ve never experienced that before. Word.
