This is the only FedEx location I trust to drop packages. It's the last stop before it gets on the plane to Memphis (the FedEx hub).

I had an unexpected large quantity of packages to ship out, approximately 30, with a total weight of over 500 pounds.
I was dreading the process to get them all shipped out, especially given the poor experiences I've had at other various fedex locations across the country.....but not on this day.....Angela didn't even flinch when I brought in all the boxes and i explained my situation. She was an absolute Rockstar!
Her attitude and exceptional customer service definitely made the entire process easier. We spent the better part of over an hour getting everything organized and labeled for shipment.
In my experience it's becoming too few and far between that you find someone with the personal level of pride and professionalism in a forward facing customer position, or really in any position these days. It's just that much more appreciated by those of us that have had the unfortunate experience dealing with the opposite. Thanks again Angela!

Stay away from FedEx. I sent a package and paid for overnight. It went across the country for no reason. Won't get to its destination until 3 days later. I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.
