I needed a hard to find (due to the finish) part for my delta bath hand wand. The contractor I used to the remodel the bathroom recommended Ferguson. I had my doubts but their desk parts man Jamaal N. knew exactly what I needed and found one in stock. Amazing! Installed it myself and we're good to go. Wife is quite happy we're not waiting 6 weeks to get the thing from China!

My builder claimed he never provided refrigerator but could get from a place for better price than Lowes I assume other appliances came from United Lighting still no confirmation. I am disabled and option to pick out appliances that would fit my abilities. In addition I wanted matching W/D on pedi stalls! So long story short builder let me move belongings in on 5 Jul and said only one week in hotel I was in flea bag hotel clear across town he got his final draw 20 July when I came home those appliances were missing He and Jay were trying to bully me into paying 4.5k for missing appliances Jay wanted to send me a voucher that his was in wives name builder holding my house key for payment Jay /sextaryrequesting send vocher to my EM for product that had been removed between 5July21st don’t work with United Lighting or Pinnicle Contractor they’ve got something nafarious going on! It’s two months later I still have NO house key

Fergusons has been the most efficient, professional, and timely vendor during our kitchen remodel. I enjoyed working with Jessica at the Pensacola location. She was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the products. She allowed me to make decisions with the information she provided without trying to persuade me to choose the most expensive.. I received several text messages letting me know when the products would be deliverd, and surprisingly, they were true to their word! I also received a picture of the driver which was above and beyond the standard. Fergusons provides quality products, quality service and an excellent experience!

I ordered a cooktop in July and was told to call back for an updated delivery estimate. Over the next few weeks I was told 3 different times that my item had either already shipped or would ship the next day. However, every time I called to check on the status of the shipment I was told that the item still had not shipped. It was super frustrating because my old cooktop broke and I had been without one for going on 2 months.Finally I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. For some reason I was told they weren't able to process my refund until the following Monday or Tuesday (I asked for a refund on a Friday). By the following Wednesday I still had not received an email with the refund receipt. After filing a dispute with my CC company I finally got an email telling me they were processing my refund.Ended up ordering the same cooktop online and received it in less than 2 weeks. Would not recommend ordering something from them if you are in a hurry.

The Pensacola store was a huge help as we bought all of our appliances on the phone from across the country. Kiel was an absolute joy to work with and gets ten stars for how he handled every issue that came his way. He is the talk of the town. Whenever we tell someone we shop at Fergusons they ask about Kiel and say how awesome he is. He has the magic touch and should probably be made the corporate customer relations representative. He truly knows how to deal with customers especially when they are having problems. We can all learn from him!

Went in with a friend who bought fixtures there. She was very happy with their products. I am in the early stages of building. They were very welcoming for me to look around they have some sample kitchens that have awesome features

This sign makes my blood boil!!! I truly HATE Ferguson. I expect way more than yall expect outta yourself is why this sign should be removed. Every time I have came for parts I've ran into many issues. MAIN ISSUES HERE....... EVERYTIME I CALL THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE THE PART... Low and behold when I arrive they don't have part of system says they have 5 and they are outta stock. If I don't call and just come in they don't have the parts I need. We are talking about simple parts here such as 90 or 45 or male or female adaptor. This place TRULY SUCKS AND I WILL STOP TRYING TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE!!!!

I've been looking for ideas to remodel bathroom. Large selection of choices in bathroom faucets and was happy to also see lighting fixtures. But had few settings of a complete bathroom or kitchen. Sometimes ideas come about when seeing this setting , like in your own home. In St Louis there were several stores that had showroom quality settings, where one could see floor tile and lights..etc..was so exciting to see !

Top Hat Ice!The professional staff at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting, namely, Bill and Kiel (and if I had the pleasure of meeting their colleague, Charles, I'd proudly acclaim him as well) are exceptional! I wasn't sure how to kick this review off, simply because my shopping experience exceeded my every expectation. Hence the header: 'Top Hat Ice', because, like the ice product, these guys take their time explaining the features and benefits of the many, many, products that they offer - from high-end appliances to lighting fixtures that will make your home 'yours', they melt slowly (look it up) with their customer-focused approach to understanding customers' needs and wants.My customer experience, during both occasions at their showroom, were nothing short of a pleasure. My wife and I were greeted right away and from there, it was all a relaxed conversation with a couple of great guys with whom I felt as if I'd met at a barbecue a few days before. Back to the "Top Hat Ice'...Just like the gourmet ice, my guys at Ferguson are 'crystal clear' when educating customers about the several designer brands, user-friendly features, and advanced technologies available - 'Top Hat Ice'-product knowledge!Thank you Bill and Kiel for all that you do!My wife and I are in the process of building our first new build. We'll need a refrigerator - done. We love induction - done (we'll find something to do with those provided by the builder). Lighting: like a kid in a candy store.Drive a bit off of the main strip (it's not too far) and treat yourself to the possibilities and a Top Hat Ice experience!A very satisfied customer for our Forever-Home,Lloyd L.
