Bad bad place rules n rassits employees
Take me more than 5 hours to install 4 tires
Even I have been Order 4 tires three days ago, And The staff say when the Tires come in, give me a call. But but came in no one called me
And then I called him to check is coming and bring the car in. He said two car in the head of me me. he said only two but I wait more than five hour to done 😡😡😡

Had a flat needed a new tire. Said they had one. 2 hours later they didn't have one and put on my spare. Very bad.

I needed one of my tires replaced and Riley noticed that another tire on the passenger side was balding and close to popping. I love how knowledgeable and friendly he is. I miss going to business's where people actually take the time to talk to you and care rather than rushing you out.

We broke down yesterday and luckily was able to make it to this Firestone location. They immediately checked out our vehicle and gave us a great price. Tommy was very helpful. We called other mechanics in the area and no one was able to beat their price, and they also offered a 15% off deal with a Firestone card. Great people, I hope we don't break down again but if we do we know where we are going!
