Looking at my past reviews I never give a 1*
I was out of town and my wife had an issue with her tire needing to be replaced. I sent her to fire stone. We live within 3 miles of this location-- First thing she noticed was the steering wheel wasn't straight and once getting home she pulls into the drive and the problem starts. Driver side wheel is ready to fall off. We believe they have loosened some of the camber bolts to create or release a problem. I can't trust them as far as I can throw them. BEWARE!

It was my first visit with my newly-purchased car. Quinton was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will return soon to purchase additional services. I have been a Firestone customer for over 30 years at this location and look forward to returning again.

Every time I have had service done to my car at Firestone on Bayou Blvd. in Pensacola, the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. The management is awesome as Tiffany (store manager) has directed me toward cost saving services. This facility is very clean and their work is always done right the first time. I would highly recommend this Firestone dealership to anyone needing for their car.

Unfortunately had a very poor experience here. Told them the issue I was having with my car was most likely an engine coil as I have had a similar problem in the past. I was desperate to get my car fixed that day since I needed to drive 6 hours back to college. They proceeded to tell me the most likely solution was my MAP sensor and I asked if they checked the engine coils and they confirmed that was not the issue, and exchanging it would not provide a solution. They changed my MAP sensor and as I was driving out of the parking lot my car immediately began to judder and was much worse than when I had dropped it off. It was not only unsafe for me to be driving the car in the way they handed it back to me, but it endangered others on the road which I am never okay with. I took my car to an Autozone and had them scan it, and the code that came up was for engine coil 1. I bought the coil and replaced it myself. After replacing the coil my car was fixed. They over charged me, lied about the issue, lied that what they had done had fixed my car and wasted my time after telling them the issue from the beginning. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience at this location. They scheduled an early morning service, very convenient for me. My car issues were taken care of and the representatives are always helpful and friendly.
