They only want your money and especially since it’s tax season the big guy up front made that clear and was tryna be funny saying “how are my taxes” they lied saying multiple things needed to be replaced without realizing my dad fixed half of what they said 4 days prior to my appointment they wanted to purposely overcharge I would never go here again Firestone is a lesson learned and to never repeat

Went there with my cammed Charger. Clearly the guy was incompetent or was trying to sell me parts I didn’t need. All I needed was an alignment and I left with an off centered steering wheel and a more unstable and unsafe vehicle than before. I have a 6 year old I drive in my car.
Thanks to the guys at TMS in Mobile, I’m getting the issue fixed. No thanks to the guys at Firestone on N Davis. Plus one of their techs was recklessly driving my car when he went to take it for a joyride before the botchy alignment job. I paid good money for the lifetime alignment that will never be utilizing anymore. Y’all lost a lifelong customer

RIP OFF ARTISTS..!! DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE WHO DOESNT KNOW CARS OR THEY WILL BE SCAMMED...!!!!
I am working out of town but my stepson desperately needed 2 tires on his truck. The online quote was for $488 for 2 tires, TPMS Service, and alignment. When he went to Firestone they told him they could no longer get the Bridgestone Duelers and tried to upsell him on a different tire. He called me and I told him nevermind, we will go to Vannoys. Suddenly, like magic, "oh we can get them" but "it will be tomorrow." Today he drops the truck off expecting to pay $488. Then comes a call that the TPMS is going to be another $177. He calls me, I tell him to go ahead and do it since it's already there. This evening he goes to pick up the truck and they charged him $581, WITHOUT AN ALIGNMENT..! SCAMMERS..!!!
I've owned this truck since new and it has been serviced at this location on several occasions, but I guess they have lost their integrity, saw a young man and decided to take advantage of him.

Made an appointment the day before @ 11,thinking that would be honored. I dropped the car off at 10:30. The car still wasn't ready at 4:00. And the rest of the services that I requested never got done because we had to get home. Just a really bad experience

Byron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure, upsell salesman type with him. He tells you like it is, gives you options and you make your choice. We will definitely be return customers because of this and the great work of the mechanics. I say give them all a raise to hold onto them.

I have called 5 TIMES before closing and no one took my call. I left voicemails with no call backs needing new break pads and a battery replacement. They do not do towing. They just lost almost $600 in my cash I’ll take my business elsewhere !

Professional, service provided as advertised within the time allocations provided. Identified item that needed to be serviced that I had not been aware of or noticed - price to make that repair very reasonable. Making the appointment was extremely easy. Staff were very courteous, knew what they were doing, and did not waste my time. This Firestone location has earned my follow-up business on this and prior visits.
