Jason and his Team on 9 Mile Rd are top notch in the work they do and customer service!! They care about their customers and their safety. We have taken our vehicles and our children’s vehicles there over the years and have confidence and trust in them.

We picked up a nail and we noticed it at the Florida Welcome center. We were on vacation and traveling with our 2 small grandkids. We go to Firestone back home so we were relieved that one was just 5 miles away in Pensacola. Jason was so nice. He could not repair the tire due to the location of the nail so we had to get a new tire. He took care of us right away because he knew we were traveling. His store was so clean and we felt we were in very good hands. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you Firestone and thank you Jason

When no other tire store could make time to swap out my spare, Gavin made time. With full bays, he took a moment and installed my spare. Due to his customer service, this is where my Tire Business will be. Best part, Firestone does this at no cost.

Gavin was very helpful and awesome! He really took care of us! He deserves a huge raise. My wife and I were in town from Georgia for her Grandmothers funeral. He made sure we were safe on the road home. Thank you Gavin for going above and beyond!

I received a dashboard alert that the tire monitoring system needs servicing. Gavin Collum was very helpful assisting me that day. He explained that all systems showed "OK". Not sure why I am receiving this alter when I had the batteries replaced at Firestone 6 months ago and the 4th replaced 1 year ago while out of state. I could not replicate the same message so Gavin suggested the next time it appears to come back in.
I highly recommend Firestone for servicing your vehicle.

The worst service ever. They take extremely too long to simply change tires. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless you have the day off and nothing to do

My friend went to this place for repair. Her car was stolen due to the car keys was taken and the robbery cause her car to be crash. The manager / owner of this place doesn't want to take responsibility of the damages. Negligence from them
