Went there to buy multiple pairs of shoes. No customer service. No greeting, no smile, with a wrap on her head. Just ugly. So I carried my money elsewhere. The manager need to tell them they are there to sell shoes. Not to be on that phone

Woman (manager?) incredibly rude and short with customers. There was a nice young man that ended up helping us but if it was just her I definitely wouldn't have bought my sons shoes there.

Manager lady with glasses was so rude when I first went there about the sizing and when i came back was real short with her answers to get us out 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

I bought a pair of black Nike air Max plus it's plus they fell apart a month and a 1/2 later the soul came off of one shoe Nike said that they were defective to get in touch with Foot Locker Foot Locker is assuming no responsibility I have the receipt I have all of my documents and the shoes and Foot Locker will not do anything about it I basically paid $200 for nothing we'll never shop at the store again
