The wait times are horrible but if you are LATE you're charged an extra fee. I've been waiting over 45 minutes for my appointmet. Not including the fact I arrived early and the person who had an appointment before me was LATE

I have been seeing Dr French for years. I absolutely love her. She listens without being rushed, she cares about her patients. Very professional and her whole team there is absolutely so sweet. I've also seen Natalie, very professional and always listening to her patient and cares. Thats Barbara French nurse she is also the sweetest. I love them both and wouldn't go anywhere else. ?

Was a patient for over 20 years. Rude assistant called me and canceled my appointment because since I had not been there in over a year, I was considered a “new patient” and she said Dr French was not interested in “new patients.”

If anyone gives Barbara less than 5 stars, they are more than likely insane and belong at the mental facility, not a doctors office. Barbara is an absolutely fantastic doctor.

I can't provide a super detailed review without disclosing PHI, but here's a generalized list:- missed obvious signs of depression, which they should be screening for at every single visit, especially annual exams- lost the samples for testing or test results (unclear) that possibly could've prevented a long and extremely costly (yes, even with insurance) hospitalization, on-going health issues and extensive continuing care needs- refused to refill prescriptions because they haven't seen their patient in "too long," but it's only been 6 or 7 weeks since the last visit to the office- Would not call back health care surrogate despite having completed paperwork and POA

The front desk refused to take me into my scheduled appointment after accusing me of not paying for my last appointment. They didn’t even bother to verify that it had been paid (which it had been) and instead, one of the workers, Belinda, confronted me and embarrassed me in the lobby.She demanded payment or said I wouldn't be seen. She couldn’t even be bothered to wear her mask correctly as she talked down to me. Keep in mind this was in a healthcare clinic, during a pandemic.When they finally checked their system and saw it INDEED had been paid, I asked for an apology and I was given a sarcastic “I’m sorry.” I was eventually allowed to go into my appointment but I felt physically sick after the interaction. I am never coming here for any type of healthcare again, this is the 2nd time I have been undermined by someone who works here.Please do in depth research of who you trust with your health care, they do not treat all their patients the same. It is a money hungry clinic.

Dr. French has been our family doctor for many decades. We moved to NC for 18 years and came back seven years ago. One of the very first things we did was to let her know we were back and reestablish ourselves with her practice. She asked about our family (by name), our circumstances, (by occupation) and has been taking care of our health very well.
