Literally left without anything because in what world is it ok to play extremely explicit music in the mall where kids are shopping with their parents. Do better, I should not be hearing the p word along with all other obscenities on your speakers.

What an awesome store hiding in the corner by Dick's. Ran into it on accident but somewhere YOU HAVE TO VISIT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!! Something for everyone!!!! Godzilla freaks watch out. Hello kitty fans, stranger things fans, strawberry shortcake people, Smurfs, dragon ball Z, Japanese aname people, theres a section for everyone!!! And it's not just action figures there's clothing notebooks books, cards, gift items, house shoes. Every theme has its own spot with dozens of gift items in each section!!!! IF YOU DON'T GO LOOK BF CHRISTMAS YOU'LL BE MISSING OUT!!!

One of the workers there is extremely rude. She is a lady on the larger side, was not able to get her name. Someone was asking where a specific type of merchandise was, and she answered her in a very loud and rude way, saying that it was “over there”. Did not want to guide her and just said I’m literally looking at it, as she continued to take a personal call on her phone. Know this because she was also being loud and rude in the phone saying how she wasn’t being covered by insurance. She continued making snarky remarks and not helping customers. then saying she wanted to close the and shut the place down early. just really bad experience.

It’s sad how this place has gone down. At this point a manager or someone higher needs to step in. Last weekend when me and my boyfriend went in it was extremely hot inside and a woman and man were sitting down up front by the register vaping, and apparently they were cooking food in the microwave. My boyfriend and I were plugging our noses while we were inside, it smelt awful. The woman at the front sitting down by the register had said that it was their ramen they cooked that was smelly. It’s a store not a cafeteria, I’ve seen the woman in the store before vaping and sleeping on the floor by the register, I’m assuming it’s one of the cashiers friends but it’s sad how poorly that store is run at this point. I understand that some stores don’t ban vaping inside but if you work there or are gonna “hang out” in a store for hours on end at least be respectful of the people who shop there especially if your AC is not working and there is no air moving in your store to clear out the disgusting smell of the vape and your burnt ramen.

The store wasn’t the issue it is their deceptive marketing practices. When you check out they trick you into joining their membership that you need to read the fine print about or it will sign you up for a monthly fee that is tricky to cancel. Beware

This place has some great products I love to try all types of different chips n was previously ordering from o line from around the world. They have a great selection of them in this store. And my favorite Japanese marble sodas

Smells like feet, always has, always will. Don't go in here with any high-quality demands. They have posters and food for some reason. Anyways, this place used to be the GOAT for buying CDs (remember those things we ruined with Limewire and Kazaa?). Well, don't go looking for that because it's on your phone now. We found a new way to rip off artists, and it's called Spotify.

They signed me up for a membership without my consent. Made me think I was getting 10% off my purchase just for signing up for their program and left out the fact that it costs $11.99 per month. This is a pretty common occurrence in Fye stores too. Look it up
