This home depot is not our favorite. They never seem to have what we need, so we usually go to the one on Davis Highway. However, we just installed a new back door to our home & we needed a new doorknob & lock. Hubby & I wanted a double lock black one like we had before & we couldn't find one at the other Home Depot or Lowe's so we came here. And they had exactly the one we wanted. Miracles do happen, even at Home Depot. Very happy to have two Home Depot locations here that has the inventory we need, when we need it. Safety First. Thanks Home Depot.Will Return :) Recommend.

I've used this Home Depot for over two years now and have nothing but positives praise! Mr Calvin is the absolute Greatest of All Time when it comes to customer relations; Mr Richard is good Navy man who works cashier indoor/outdoor harboring a constant smile always happy to strike up a conversation; Kevin in tool rental is super helpful/knowledgeable and does a great job of not belittling a customer while explaining a process/operation of an unfamiliar tool; and Ms sheri is the mixologist behind the paint counter you can find her ever busy, very fun to talk to and her aprons are always the best. Ultimately ever Home Depot has what you need more or less but this group and others on the team really stand out go above and beyond and make this store awesome. Not sure who's in charge of hiring but they're doing a damn good job!

They have all the wire under padlock because of thieves, which I understand but the fact that I asked three different people, and they all pointed me for the next guy took me 30 minutes to get some wire, was very inconvenient and ridiculous

Hats off to Mike in the garden section. He went above and beyond to help my dad. It's super hard to get a compliment from him but here I am doing what he asked me to do. Thank you Mike for helping my dad find wasp killer and taking the time out to help him.

This is my last purchase from Home Depot. You have left me lost on money with your pro service, blinds, and now my appliances. I had to go out of my way because your third party shipping decided to tell me an hour before my supposed delivery that they weren’t making it and now I’ve gotta wait til Tuesday. I have a special needs son who requires food and medicine be cold and have been using ice and bags to keep them cool. I went to Daphne Alabama Home Depot to purchase a fridge which was not needed had mine been delivered as given and after spending the money I did prior and supposedly just missing a “sale” have to pay more. Someone from corporate needs to contact me because you have the worst customer service and business model for your shoppers. You all are thieves and I’ll make sure that’s known.

Went to rent a dump trailer was told I need my vehicle registration.. so I let went to Pace and got another copy because I could not find it.. drive all the way back and the man says it can not be rented because it has to be checked over before renting and he don't know how long that will be a man from Mobile has to come check it out.. I got a manager and he could carless about our issue.. keep in mind I purchased a A WHOLE pallet of pavers... ?? the store worker also said they always gets complaints about how unorganized they are but they keep them going becaus they have a high sale rate for the area... he said he was embarrassed to even say he works for this company... lesson learned they won't get another dime of our money!!! shop at LOWES!!! RENT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE ALSO!!

I purchased some power tools online to pickup at this store on the 13th of September. It said it'll be ready for pickup between the 15th and 20th. It's the 20th today. I need to finish a project with these tools And I've been checking the tracker the last few days. I called the store this morning and an associate tells me that the truck either arrived or would arrive later but they won't be able to unload the items until tomorrow which would be the 21st. I asked an associate at another store about it and he said that they're probably being lazy. That's exactly what I was assuming and he pretty much confirmed it. I shop at Home Depot quite a bit and it was my first choice to purchase tools but I am now open to their competitors. I cannot meet my deadline because of lazy employees.
