They are very knowledgeable about their products and effective at reading customers and listening to what they want. The staff hooks customers up and saves them money, while also offering memberships and explaining how they are beneficial. Customers report leaving the store happy due to this proper care and great customer service, which is a rare find. However, there have been past experiences where customers left unhappy due to employees not listening, and there was an instance of the store being closed during a break, causing a lost sale. Overall, the store provides great service and knowledge, with specific staff members representing the business on an outstanding level.
