So, the Goodwills in this area send off for recycling the computers you donate to them. The really good stuff they post online for sell, instead of placing it in stores to draw people in. Unless you need clothes or books, I would visit any other thrift store in the area. I would most definitely not donate anything computer related to them, unless it's your e-waste keyboards and mice that nobody really uses, but comes with store bought PCs anyway.I see less items in carts at checkout, so if the sales are suffering the way it appears from the outside, only upper management is to blame

This is one of my favorite Goodwills to visit, its always organized and the employees are very pleasant and very helpful! The store manager I believe her name is Cent is absolutely the sweetest she went over and beyond to help me and daughter when we visited the store. Great customer service is is rare these days and kindness goes a long way!

Appalled. I used to get DME here for my home health occupational therapy patients. I was standing in line today, as a disabled veteran, who has been homeless and suffered by a broken and ugly system I will add, with my disabled child. We keep to ourselves but I am aways hyper aware of my surroundings. I overheard an exchange between an inappropriate employee checking out a veteran patron, seated in the store-provided wheelchair (in disrepair) while his wife attempted to let the cashier know the wheelchair was broken and could cause and injury to the human seated in the wheelchair and also pay for their items. To my horror I hear the following from the cashier: “well, I don’t know why you’d use it, if it was broken.” I snapped my head around and clearly observed my brother holding a cane while his wife explained calmly, “well ma’am, he can’t walk.” The cashier continued to berate this couple and spoke about her nephew who had nothing to do with anything who had trauma issues and blah blah blah. No one cares. No one is talking about him. This kind patron was so shook up she tried to give her all her change. This is a trauma response called fawning. Hi. I’m also an occupational therapist. So I could stand it no longer and I walked up and kindly helped my brother and his wife to their car.We didn’t have to make a scene today and traumatize my veteran family further. However, do better GOOD WILL. It’s right in your name. There was no goodwill there today. Gross. She had bright flaming curly red hair. Heavy set. Old. And hate-filled. Fire her. Immediately. Or put her in the back where she cannot work with the public as she is not fit. Boo. Don’t you ever again. Not on my watch. Not to my family. Not to my vets who kept you safe while you made this world uglier. No ma’am.

Not like the Goodwills back home but decent selection nonetheless. Clothing was very poorly organized which is really my only complaint. Small housewares selection as well.

When was the last time you even heard of the goodwill helping anyone. What happened to the homeless shelters or the food banks or the shop kitchens. Where does all that money go? Is all of it tax free? Don't ever buy a thing or give anything to Goodwill.

I was just scammed out of $67. Do not buy anything here unless you are 100% certain you are going to keep it. Yesterday, my wife and I went shopping for clothes and because the dressing rooms were closed we had to make our best guess as to whether or not the items would fit. We were assured that we could return them within three days of purchasing. Lo and behold, once she tried them on, a lot of the clothes didn't fit how she wanted. We would have never purchased these items in the first place if we were able to try them on in the store. When I returned them the very next day I was told that the only way to get a refund on returned items was in store credit that EXPIRES in 90 days. Now we are stuck. Without any way of trying clothes on, we have no guarantee that any new clothes would fit either. If we don't find a way to spend that money before the credit expires, Good Will gets to keep the product and our money for free. While I will be back to use the credit that was forced upon me, I will be extremely unlikely to buy anything from this poorly managed store again.

I am very disappointed with Goodwill these days. Standard glass bottles get priced at $5 each. A used wine cooler is priced at $150, when I buy a brand new one for that much. Their furniture is also high priced for, need I remind you, being USED and FREE donations to them. And you know they're doing something wrong when you find donated in Dollar Tree items that were originally $1.25 getting priced at $2 or higher. Considering they get things donated in for free so it's 100% profit, the prices they put on things is horrendous.I would HIGHLY recommend donating your things to other stores that price more reasonably, instead of price as high as they think they can get for it. I will probably be crossing Goodwill stores off my list of go to thrifting shops.

I always find nice quality and variety in the women’s clothing. Shopping at goodwill is an affordable, sustainable way to get clothing. I’ve also found really nice houseware items like barstools, lamps, and a really nice doll house.

The dressing rooms are closed at all the Goodwill Stores. You have to purchase the clothes and then if they don't fit, you can bring them back within 7 days for an EXCHANGE. You do not get a refund. I will no longer shop at goodwill stores. When I asked the staff why, they said it changed after Covid hit. It's been 3 years now. You can go in the bathroom to use the toilet, but not the dressing room to try on clothes? Make it make sense, please? They don't require masks, so why can't you use the dressing room? Pretty sure you will catch Covid walking around the store, not in the dressing room alone.

This Goodwill is 90% clothes and they don't even have a dressing room. Fail
