I found a few like new women boots, sneakers and household items, and I paid $15 for them. There are plenty of junks, but you just got to shift through the pile and find those treasure, which is the thrill of coming to bin place like this. 2 bins full of stuff come out every 10 minutes to swap out the old ones, filled with children's toys, bags, baskets and deco. There are shoppers who are bit aggressive trying to get the first dip, but you can always tell them to back off if they come to close to you. I will be back.

Most of the employees are rude and the one guy from the back yells at the customers. Is he a manager? There has been stuff being handed to customers by at least a few employees which is odd. The employees also gossip about the customers. There are a few customers who will do whatever they have to to get in front of the others to get up to the bins. Even if that means running past others. If they get to a bin by the wall, you might as well forget it. They will block you completely off. There have also been children in the store running to the bins and at least one having their own can. I think it's rather inexcusable that running is allowed by kids or adults. Parents using their kids to get to the bins first should not be allowed. They can get hurt.It just seems like a lot of favoritism going on and the greed is real.

A store clerk who is in charge of changing the bins is too rude to yell at people. When there is no need. The lady who She sits in front of the store, she is very aggressive with her husband, they always push others to achieve their goal, they are very aggressive people.

Just made my final visit to this store after years of it being my favorite. Too many "professonal" shoppers hoarding best finds in teams with all the buggies filled off to the side. They google pricing to see which items to keep (buy) while piling finds away from regular shoppers. Young man working the register is useless. There are nice thrift stores in the area that would never put up with this and so neither will I.

Shady stuff going on at the bins. The employees are stealing stuff or something else is going on. Why are bins that come from the warehouse sitting at the door and employees digging through them like a fine toothed comb?Maybe that's why most of the stuff that has been coming out for the past few months is basically garbage? It's not really fair for customers to not only have to try to compete against other customers, but we are apparently having to compete against the employees unbeknownst to us.So either the employees are stealing or something else is going on. Goodwill is a multi billion dollar corporation. Like it's gonna hurt you guys to let us try to find something half decent to purchase. It keeps up like it is and I imagine that less and less people are gonna go to the bins.Another thing. Why not have see through doors to the warehouse from the inside so that customers can see what is going on at all times? If there isn't anything shady going on then why hide it?And it seems like more and more of the good employees are vanishing. The younger girl Tianna(sp) hasn't been there for a while as far as I can tell. She was a fantastic employee. Always friendly and helpful. Hopefully they won't get rid of Marilyn and the others. If the shady stuff continues it's not really worth my time to go there much if at all anymore.

Went to Goodwill Outlet and while normally my visits are positive, I do not need someone making a running commentary on what I pick up that is potentially counterfeit or not counterfeit. Other people should mind their own business. I do not ask for other people's opinions, nor do I make comments about what they are grabbing in the bins. I am capable of determining the condition and authentication of something. I wish others would mind their own business in that respect. Also please ask people to stop parking on the side of the parking lot near the street. It is difficult to see around cars to pull out to get on the street. And it's always the same guy doing it. He drives an older spray painted green truck with skull and crossbones on the doors.Kids playing on the floor create a hazard. Don't let customers permit their kids to play on the floors. It's dangerous.Back to our regularly scheduled positive days at GWO.Thanks!

This place used to be good pre 2020. It seems to have gotten worse since. There is hardly much of anything anymore and they are only open 3 days a week. I am writing this review in hopes that it will return to the way it used to be.*Updated from 1 to 3 stars. I went more recently and it seems they are putting more stuff out now. Still only open 3 days a week.

Friendly staff. Found some good deals. Two new bins come out every 10 min. $1.79 per pound. Can't beat that.

You sometimes find good stuff. But most of it is grabbed up by a few individuals that are there all the time. The one lady who sits in the corner at the front of the store is aggressive and the man that comes with her is extremely aggressive. They will do whatever they can to block people when bins are coming out and usually stand way over the yellow line. You might as well forget it if they get to the bin before you. They will block you off and grab anything they can get their hands on. Usually shoes and handbags. They've grabbed stuff out of my hands and out of other people's hands as well. Customers telling other customers about them shoving and taking stuff. Nothing will probably be done because they seem to be buddies with the workers there and probably spend a thousand a month there. They literally probably leave with 50 pairs of shoes at the time. The employees are nice and helpful. I really like Tianna (sp). I think that's how her name is spelled, the new assistant manager, the new lady that they just hired and Janet is nice as well.I just wish that some of the rules would be enforced. Such as behind the yellow line and the aggressive thing. Oh and people were running. I think that should be a no no.I also do not think it's right that they removed the chairs for people to use. There are people with health issues that might need a chair.I do like how the tables are done now though. And I enjoy meeting new friends there and seeing if I can maybe find any cool stuff. But...I wish that the overly aggressive behavior could be stopped as well as the other things that I mentioned. Thank you

I miss Patti! She was super helpful and always nice to us customers. Janet and Ms. Lora are great too. Employees are super nice and always helpful.Fun place to go as you never know what you might find.I wish they'd bring back the shopping carts. It can be painful bending way down to get stuff out of the bottom of the "treasure cans" as Janet calls them.
