Called to find out more about donations and who answered the phone was so very rude. I have nice things to donate but they lost me. If working in a thrift store is that stressful perhaps find something less taxing. Your "customers" deserve to be treated with respect. If you are too busy to answer the phone, then don't. Someone can always call back. First impressions truly do count. I'll stick with Interfaith Ministries. They are just lovely at donation center and in the store. If working in a thrift store is that stressful, perhaps find something less taxing.

The hiring manager/director, at this location was absolutely awful. She was initially interested in my application, but then completely ghosted me afterwards after an interview. An interview where she was disinterested, and indifferent I might add. It was such a waste of my time and gas. don't waste your time on this place if you're seeking employment. The other employees also looked miserable, so maybe missing the opportunity was a blessing in disguise. Prices are also way too high. Better off going to dollar general or Walmart ??♀️

I am very disappointed with Goodwill these days. Standard glass bottles get priced at $5 each. A used wine cooler is priced at $150, when I can buy a brand new one for that much. Their furniture is also high priced for, need I remind you, being USED and FREE donations to them. And you know they're doing something wrong when you find donated in Dollar Tree items that were originally $1.25 getting priced at $2 or higher. Considering they get things donated in for free so it's 100% profit, the prices they put on things is horrendous.I would HIGHLY recommend donating your things to other stores that price more reasonably, instead of price as high as they think they can get for it. I will probably be crossing Goodwill stores off my list of go to thrifting shops.

Prices are too high for being a "thrift store". They need to change their name to "consignment shop". I can buy things at dirt cheap or off clearance racks for A LOT less and in better condition. I did like a dress and couldn't even try it on because all the dressing rooms were closed. I ended up leaving empty handed because of this. Then I watched the cashiers checking people out with gloves. Which is fine if you change them between every customer but that was not happening. Great way to spread germs between all your customers. ???

Most ridiculous experience I've ever had in a store. Staging a condo for pictures and needed a couple pieces of furniture that I could quickly re-finish/paint. I fine 2 taller wicker laundry baskets with lids. Grabbed them carried them around while I looked for a couple minutes, then went to checkout. As I'm waiting I'm looking for a price tag can't find the. . oh well I'll ask at the register, no big deal maybe they fell off while I was carrying around the store not an issue I'm just going to buy them. I get to the registerand I'm told they can't sell it without a tag. Maybe somone in the store took the tag off so they can buy it, or go look and see if I find a tag laying on the floor. So I go and look, cannot find tag but I am carrying the baskets around the store asking if anyone was planning on buying them. That still wasn't good enough. They told me they won't sell anything without a tag I have to wait until they retagnit the next morning. I explained I'm here right now willing to buy them please and was REFUSED by several employees !! Like seriously Goodwill your entire job is to sell used goods, and they let me know they didn't care if I was ready to buy they weren't selling it to me. This was not one employee it was 5. 5 employees and none of them said she's here right now, let's just sell them... UNBELIEVABLE ... I asked everyone in the store if they were going to buy them and that wasn't good enough. Way to go Goodwill, you literally did the exact opposite of what your ENTIRE purpose is!!! The audacity to refuse to sell DONATED ITEMS is SHOCKING. I didn't haggle or even tell you what I wanted to pay. I said I want them, I'll buy them now just ring it up..... WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE!!

Excellent selection of household goods. I like that the kitchen/bath/dishes have their own area. Shoes are nice, too. Plenty of parking.

The manager working today was extremely rude. The cashier wasn't very friendly but we needed help with something and the manager was even worse. She seemed like she just didn't want to be bothered. I can tell the store is filled with lazy employees. It wouldn't hurt to clean the place up either.
