There's a difference between hàppy and sad... Well happy is an understatement when the cashier is happy and friendly..

Ever rude ,yes I had my back pack on as it’s my purse and I’ve visited this store ,weekly for the last 5 months. This time I was told to leave my back pack up front and I ask the cashier if she would watch it as it had things in it and she said she couldn’t and to talk to the manager, which I did and he stated it was store policy and to set it next to where the cashier was ,so I did as I walked away ,the cashier picked up my pack and tossed it to another spot ,then as I was walking away in the produce , heard said cashier talking about me .I then decided to get my pack and just leave the store ,l won’t be back and will tell all I know ,how you treat your customers!!

This one is very small and they try to have everything, therefore the selections are limited and it's generally dirty. It was literally freezing in the store. IT'S JANUARY PEOPLE. TURN OFF THE A/C. The freezer section was warmer than the rest of the store. My fingers were getting numb by the time I checked out. Also, some of the prices are definitely not cost +10%. They are more than at Publix (the higher-end grocery store in town) on their shelves. This means they are marking products up before they put them out to sell. They are NOT at cost. If Publix can make a profit on Jumbo Eggs at $4 and change, what does that say about this store's "at cost +10%" policy? Read down.Example: 1 doz Jumbo Eggs were 6$ and change for here. I compared this to Publix on the same day. I refused to pay 6$ and change for 1 doz eggs. Publix had the same "store brand" eggs at full retail sale for 4$ and change. Still expensive, but this post-COVID-19 world we live in takes advantage of the rapidly increasing number of the less fortunate, and apparently, people who like eggs too. They do have the 5 for $22.95 deal. Up from $19.99 just 6 months ago. The selection there is very small but they do include some meat. Don't look for beef of any kind, even ground, among their offerings. Also, they are scattered around in the meat department showcases to get you to browse. Do that! Browse. In some cases, you can get better prices and more quantity if you choose outside the pick 5 deal. I did.Sometimes, at any Grocery Advantage I've been to, their Pick 5 Deal meats are bad on the shelf. Be VERY CAREFUL with any chicken and any pork. Food Poisoning is real and it hurts. As all sales are final, it's a waste of money.Steer clear of this Grocery Advantage which is located at 1612 N Pace Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32505While a good many of their prices are what they say, the basic staples such as: eggs, milk, bread, cheese, and coffee, are significantly more expensive than advertised. Some of the people there are amazing. That goes a long way. But the majority of the employees are condescending or worse, ignore you.Warning:If you choose to shop here be careful. Know your prices or this Grocery Advantage will take advantage of you.

I go here because it's closer to home and convenient, but I dread it and just realized I'm not going back it's just as cheap as Walmart now. The parking lot, after dark is not well lit or safe. The staff who's been there awhile, Heather, gets an A+! But some of the newer younger staff aren't very nice... And last, but the biggest problem is why if food isn't taxed in Florida, and most people who shop at Grocery Outlet go because they have a tight budget, is there a 10% grocery outlet fee.!! That's wrong. And there is nothing telling you that it's happening, unless you look at your receipt and catch it.

Negative employee energies. The night manager literally harasses customers over accidentally walking over a floor. I've been coming to this location for 20 years. Everyone has always been pleasant until it changed. It's only 5pm on holiday season. The store closes at 9pm. I couldn't even finish my grocery shopping without the lady acting like someone died. We just there to shop for dinner for our kids. It was unnecessary for her to scream repeatedly across the store about a floor and threaten someone.

I shop at this location due to the level of friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The price is great value and high quality. Thanks to God for this establishment.

Never in my life have I had an EMPLOYEE FOLLIOW ME INTO THE PARKING LOT in FULL UNIFORM and try to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT ME!!! I understand this store isn't in the best area but people like that SHOULD NOT HAVE JOBS. Not only are you making yourself look terrible, um HELLO!? Did you forget you were at work? Did you forget you were being paid by a company to represent them? Did you forget YOU WERE BLASTING THEIR COMPANY LOGO ALL OVER THE PLACE ALONG WITH SHOWING YOUR BEHIND. I had a good friend who was a good person loose their job because they accidently posted a picture in company uniform on social media... but People who make decisions like that should be let go there are plenty of people without jobs that would never do something so air headed as well as dangerous. I know from personal experience as a clerk just following someone out of a store is grounds for termination even if they did something to warrant it.. like steal which i did not. There was 4 employees in the store and 6 people in line with 1 register open so I walked out and was complaing to my friend who was waiting for me outside and this 300 hundred pound lady comes running out the door and gets so close to my face I can smell her breath.. I am diagnosed with multiple mental illnesses and have a very severe form of ptsd so I had to remove myself from the situation however I am super disappointed with GROCCERY ADVANTAGE for having their employees behave this way the clerk ringing up was literally not ringing up everything and POCKETING PEOPLES MONEY I have never seen a business run like this in my life IS THERE NO MANAGEMENT HERE OR ARE THEY JUST AS CROOKED AS THE HELP??Please hire some reasonable help.

I have been going here for 10 years and buy beer at least 5 times a week and cigars everyday never been carded (I'm 58 yrs old) well today I went in to buy a bottle of wine and after waiting several mins for the lazy cashier who was sitting on register talking to her friend to ring me up I probley looked annoyed she carded me so I could not buy my wine (left wallet at home) if they don't want my money there's other stores no problem
