The facility is clean and has good prices. Customer service is friendly and professional. Speaking with property manager, Barbie Scott, was more like talking with a neighbor than a company manager.

Very conveniently located in Pensacola, clean and easy to access my storage. Barbie has always been very professional and especially helpful when I accidently left my lock undone. Great people and service.

So glad we chose Handy Locke as our storage space. The grounds and hallways are always clean. Easy in and easy out when we need to get to the unit.

I have had a storage unit here for over 5 years. It is conveniently located, the doors to units are easy to open and stay open. The management is very accommodating and helpful. Only issue is you have to be careful bringing a large 26' box truck into the facility. You will need to make a multi-point turn to get out without clipping a corner.

Well maintained storage unit property, units are organized in sections with each area temperature controlled, good access to units via driveway and corridors, the property is well located with easy access near airport and large medical centers, management is on top of condition and security as I learned when my storage door wasn't closed properly.

Their website was helpful, very easy to navigate. I was able.
To book confirm and rent from the app Is less than ten minutes I was unloading my possessions into a storage unit and under half an hour. The facility is clean new.You are quiet. You'll never have a need for customer service.But if you do, they're personable, helpful and pleasant and always available. I'll never want to run it from any other facility again. Wish they were nationwide

This is perfect. Great location. The storage and its facility is the best upkept I have seen in years. It is in mint condition, AC, and scented. I loved my two years here and would do it again 100% if I had to. Totally recommended. You have homedepot across the street so you can rent their van for $19.99 to move your stuff around easily.

We have been with Handy Locks for few years now and we absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and very helpful in our time of need. We have one of the largest unit and it is affordable and climate controlled. I would totally 100 percent recommend this facility to you if you have storing needs!!!
