I found it very easy to work with this storage facility. Units were clean and well maintained. After two years away there was very little dust on my stuff. It was easy to move in and out. Payments were automatic and there was easy online access. I recommend it highly for your storage needs. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing that might help would be a restroom or two and metered power outlets for tenant use. I understand the problem with both though, with people trying to live in the facility.

I have dealt with many other Storage facilities, and Handy Lock is by far one of the cleanest and the staff there is amazing. I love them all. They are all very nice people. However, Carrie is by far my favorite person to deal with. She’s always so good with the customers she’s always trying to help somebody, just all-around good people that work there it is always clean there honestly, as far is storage unit Handy Lock is the best place out of four different ones that I have stored at

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The facilty is very well maintained and always clean. The are definitely a stand out among the other storage companies. Do yourself a favor and skip over the big orange company (or any of the other ones) and come here.A couple of good things: They have access hours of 6-10, which most other places are 7-9. They have a dumpster that you can use if needed. They have an available bathroom during business hours. And they guarantee your rate for a year. You won't find this at the other places around here.

Top Notch facility. Miss Kharrie made it super easy for us.Easy to deal with and understand the terms.Easy to get in and out, and no gate problems either.And yes, it's super clean everywhere - climate controlled too.

I used Handylock for the past 2 years and have been pleased with every part of the process. Their team is so helpful, kind, and understanding. Something I definitely didn’t expect from a storage unit facility. They always knew me by name, checked on how things were going , and were always prompt letting me know if any issues occurred with my payment or my unit. 10/10 would recommend.

Handy Lock by far has been the best storage facility I have used every one was very nice and accommodating I wish there was one in the town I moved to I would certainly use them again !! the rates were way better then the other places around town I should have used them from the start they are that good !! thanks for everything !!

Good place well secured. Units easy to get too, no A/C issues. The front desk lady Kari(I forget how to spell her name) is very nice and knows her job and very nice. Overall this place is great.

Kherri, the mgr, is excellent!! She was so helpful and nice the whole time I rented a unit. The facility is very well maintained. Its so clean! The staff does a great job.
