We went to Hanks Furniture in Pensacola to get a new recliner for my husband. His current recliner bit the dust this week; We bought it from Hanks eight years ago and we have other furniture from there, so we are confident and comfortable shopping there. Joshua helped us with our new recliner purchase. He is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. AND, my husband is a Vet, so we got a 10% discount on top of the sale price! I definitely recommend Hanks and ask for Josh! ???

From the moment we walked in we were helped so graciously they were right on top of everything, and we ended up having a manager. We didn't even know, and he even picked up nightstands, and other things to put with furniture so we could see it. We love the furniture we have, and the service we have and we had the greatest team come in to bring our furniture. We've never had that kind of service before ever. They had a great moving team great sales team and we are so happy thank you thank you to hanks furniture.

We recently moved from Georgia to Gulf Breeze and needed some living room furniture. We looked at several stores in the area. We ended up at Hanks, they had an awesome selection more than any other place we went. We purchased a warranty, ended up with an issue so we filed a claim which was turned down. I called Hanks and Sandra got right on it and our claim will be honored. Thank you Sandra. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to check out Hanks.

Jack did an amazing job of helping us find a sectional that met our needs and our budget. We had been to a ton of other stores in search and had thought we had found one we wanted at a different store but would've been over budget. Well... Jack showed us I believe the name is the Mirage which we were able to customize to fit our budget of what we could afford which wound up right within our budget which worked great. We still have to wait for it to be delivered but we were very happy that he was able to help us make the couch we wanted work for us.

Adam was excellent to work with! He took his time to show us multiple different chairs based off of my wife’s very specific expectations and needs. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable for us and we came back and bought our glider chair from him during their Labor Day sale. Adam was there again. He seems to be a super hard worker and always just tells you straight up what their options are. Thank you for your help!

This was my first time buying furniture from Hank’s Fine Furniture and Mattresses, and it was a great experience because of Joshua Carter. He listens to you and provides guidance, but there is no pressure to buy anything. He is a very knowledgeable, personable, and relatable salesman. He is forthcoming, and if a mistake is made, he gets it corrected immediately. I highly recommend Joshua Carter when purchasing furniture at Hank’s. Thank you, Joshua!

I have had nothing but a great experience with Hanks Furniture on Davis Highway. From the purchase of our beautiful new sectional to now needing to file a damage claim on the warranty. Sandra L. was AMAZING to work with and helped me along each step of the way. It was basically painless and she turned a "oh my gosh our new couch is ruined" experience into a tiny bump in the road that will be perfect in the end. So thank you Hanks and thank you Sandra for taking such good care of us! You have gained a loyal customer for life!

Salesman James did an excellent job listening to my needs/desires, and then showing living room furniture that matched my needs. I had many questions that he patiently & thoroughly answered. Buying furniture was a breeze with his product knowledge & superior customer service.I highly recommend Hanks Furniture.

BEWARE, bought a $2500 chair, they delivered it, was not as described, wrong size for us, never unwrapped or touched it, called and they told us 50 percent restocking fee, nothing we got said that and no one mentioned it, terrible customer experience, and was told last day of sale to get us to buy that day ,sale still going on, funny huh,, wish i could give them no stars , will dispute charge with the credit card company, thank goodness , off to the lawyer and maybe he will stop this treatment for all you guys and change their attitude by slapping them for all of usoh, and they had a young salesman do the dirty work, manager couldn't even call us, if you had a bad experience, speak up or next guy gets toasted too

I had Amber as our salesperson (4 stars, one subtracted as she could have spoke up to clarify what her manager stated and could have saved the sale). This rating is not hers but her managers. (He gets ZERO stars) I felt Amber went the extra effort. She was on the floor plugging in various recliners, gave suggestions, listened to what I was looking for. I was looking for a recliner I knew I would be sleeping in due to upcoming surgery. When I inquired about buying two is there any deals offered, she deferred to her manager. Manager said he'd "allow" the Memorial day (tax amount paid, it was June1st). That was reasonable. But then he started figuring on extra warranty and delivery costs. He would not give me a breakdown of the costs. He asked out loud to the staff where our location (Lillian) was and questioned was it as far as Navarre. One salesperson explained we were close to Perdido Key, approx. 20 miles. He then said, "I'll give you the total price and then I'll give you what I can do for you" The figure was WAY out of line. All I heard was something $500 over what I expected to hear. Admittingly, I had my fill with the self-inflated attitude of this young man and his used car salesman tactics. I thanked Amber for her efforts and left.That afternoon I called and spoke with her to see if she could break down the costs her manager provided. And she said the extra warranty costs were $120 and $200 for delivery of EACH chair. $400 to deliver both chairs 20 miles!!!June 2nd, we go to Hanks in Daphne. Salesman Brad (5 stars). He was helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure, no shell game pricing. We bought two chairs. And we didn't pay $400 for delivery!!!Also the chairs come with manufacturer warranties that cover most of the 5 year up sale of that warranty that was being pushed in the Pensacola store. So we saved another $240.In addition, the Memorial Day sale is still going on today and its June 3rd. Someone needs to tell Ambers manager so he can "allow" the customers to take part in the sale today. (yes sarcasm)Who knows upper management might like that the Pensacola store is run this way. My suggestion is to make the extra drive to Daphne.

I feel like it is the best selection and prices for pretty good quality furniture you can find in the Pensacola area. I came here right after hernia surgery and the employees were very nice. They got me in a nice recliner right away and loaded in my vehicle for me. The staff wasn’t pushy or anything which is important to me because I hate that. They did try to sell me one on those warranties which was slightly annoying, but overall a good place. I will definitely come back to Hanks furniture the next time I’m in the market.
