Update: Haverty's was set out to make this up to me which says a lot from a company these days and they were out to make this right. The manager was in direct contact with me throughout this process and also made sure the delivery manager came out on delivery day to ensure my new couch was flawless, and it was. Thanks for making this right! I was refunded my delivery fee (+ $100 returned back to me) and they they were very apologetic.I can only speak to my experience with my purchase but it's not a good one. The customer service is great and Victoria has been a great help but in my experience their product seems to be lacking quality checks before leaving the warehouse. I purchased a recliner and couch. The couch was fine but the recliner was not working correctly so they went to replace it. Well, after 4 different replacement recliners... they are still delivering me recliners that are damaged, not working correctly, or seem used. It's very frustrating to the point where I don't want to deal with a 5th recliner because they have all been disappointing and this is very inconvenient. I expected a lot more from Haverty's because of the recommendation I received but after my experience, it's just not up to par for the price you pay. And there has been no compensation yet for this inconvenience. The pictures are from a few different recliners (the ones that didn't have mechanical/battery issues). This fourth recliner I received is the second one they delivered because it was left out in the rain on pick up day. You can tell because the leather looks/feels different than our couch which is from the same line and the cables were pulled through the fabric like it was troubleshot and a clamp was loose and not reinstalled but hanging on a cord. Not sure what's going on over there but this is just my experience. Again, these are supposed to be "new" recliners. I will update this review if anything happens to rectify/compensate this situation.

Update: store manager made everything right today. Due to our couch being discontinued they let us pick out a new set to replace ours with since the problimatic piece couldn’t be replaced along.Bought a sectional from them a little over a year ago within 2 weeks we had issues with an electric recliner took 3 months for them to fix it. A month after issues again, havertys sent a tech out he bent some stuff around said it was fix. 2 weeks later issues again. Asked for it to be replaced they sent same tech out again he said nothings wrong with it. Now we are dealing with vanguard who they pushed with a great sales pitch for a 5 year warranty. Vanguard said they won’t cover the repair it’s not apart of our package. Expected a lot more out of a $8,000 couch purchase. Won’t ever shop with this company again.

Everyone is helpful without pressuring you. We told the associate what we were looking for and he quickly took us to exactly what we needed and gave us all options available.
