I've watched a horrible decline of this store the last 3 years.Always diff people in paint dept Paint didnt matched 3 times,so I changed to small store.Paint dept closed all day several times from young call outs.I like home Depot ,but this store has become unacceptable

We reserved a rental van to move some furniture. A few hours before pick up time, I noticed an email came saying, "Thank you. Your reservation has been cancelled." I went back.to the website and try to make the reservation again. It said there was 0 vans available. I called the store to see what was going on. The guy who answered the phone had an I don't care attitude mixed with giddiness. Really strange. I told him about the email. He said a tire light came on so they couldn't rent it out. I asked him why someone didn't call and let us know what happened. He said, Did you get an email? I said yes. He said we'll there you go. I guess they can't control when things happen to a vehicle and leaves the customer high and dry. But the "who gives a crap" that came after was loud and clear.

We purchased a new stove and it was supposed to be delivered last Friday but when they didn’t show up at the expected delivery time with NO communication from HD we called them and found out that the stove had been damaged on the truck and would not be delivered. Spent multiple hours on hold to get another stove delivered today. Again, no communication and found out the stove isn’t on the truck and now won’t be delivered until next week. My wife has taken two days off of work so far with nothing to show for it. Horrible service.

Their rental center is not good. The guy waisted over an hour of my work day being completely incompetent.

Have used the rentals here two times to give then a chance thinking it was a bad day. Both times the equipment broke on me. Do to bad maintenance on their part. I would not recommend their rental center. They should just shut it down if this is how they are going to treat equipment and customers.

Rental center was terrible. The equipment they gave us broke on job site. Went to return it and the guy didn't care at all. Then didn't know how to rent us a new one. The whole transaction took way to much time out of our work day and now we are behind. So I went to put this review in and saw they have a 2.4 and all the bad reviews are for the rental center. Is home Depot going to do anything about this? There is an obvious problem here. It's literally written down right in front of them from their customers?

I purchased a CUB CADET Ultima ZT1 50 in. Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower last month, but I received a 2022 unit that doesn’t start smoothly. I requested a return, and the mower was picked up on August 12th. However, I have yet to receive my refund.
I called the store on September 2nd at 2:14 PM, and the associate informed me that the refund had been processed, and a check was supposedly mailed out on August 18th. I called again on September 11th at 3:02 PM, and the male associate who answered said he would look into the matter and call me back in 15 minutes, but he never did. I made two more calls at 3:30 PM and 3:47 PM. A lady named Eleanor (extension 500) answered and said she would check the store front to verify whether the lawn mower had been returned and promised to call me back in 15 minutes.
I followed up at 4:50 PM and 6:00 PM, but Eleanor was not answering, and I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. This situation is frustrating, and I’ve been given inconsistent information. The manager has also been unavailable throughout.
Eleanor never called back. And when I called again, I heard someone say put it on hold

The absolute clearest way to tell me that you don't want my business is to allow me to pick out a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff and then have no lines open, nothing but self checkout with a huge line of people cussing and angry waiting to get into it.
Not that I would use the self checkout anyway even if it was clear, but if you're just not going to open any lines then that is the clearest indication that you are busy enough, you have enough customers and don't need my money.

Very unsatisfied I did not know Home Depot did not care about Mother earth. I’m trying to recycle volt batteries and AAA batteries and they are telling me they do not accept more than five batteries at a time. What would you do if you have over 50 throw in the garbage It’s unbelievable it is just only something for the Home Depot store to think about it. Mother earth does not deserve this. I’m still gonna find another company that excepts my materials. I wanna make sure you all know about this.

Margaret in the Self-Checkout lane seems to hover over certain demographics of ppl as if they are stealing. She was unapologetically rude & should not work with civilized people.

Twice I've been here and had to walk out after waiting 20+ minutes in line. They have no body working the registers and there is no way to "pay" for the items. My guess is this is why they lock up everything now, because there is no way to pay for the items since there are no registers. I hope that they figure this out, fire the manager and clean house here because there is no way I will EVER do business at this store. Wait, there is no way I CAN do business at this store because no one works there. I can't really say this is poor customer service because there is NO customer service.
