Had my dog, although he is handsome, I was not acknowledged by staff except for him. Not asked if I needed help. Went to self check out, Devin was too interested in social hour and visiting with friends to acknowledge that I asked and had a question about a bar code that wouldn't scan, with no response feom her. Had to figure it out on my own. Another staff member approached but only acknowledged my dog. Staff needs to be reminded that although customers may bring in cute dogs, the customers are the ones paying.

My wife and I just loaded 26 12 ft composite deck boards. There were 3 yes 3 store associates standing oh.. maybe 15 feet away .. Close enough to hear that someone’s last day is tomorrow , what time their shift ends today , how big of a jerk the manager is .. etc etc etc .. Not one offer to help load the cart, or help load the truck .. I can add more but you get the point.. At this time I would like to recommend the Lowe’s next door .. I should’ve bought it all there .. PS We had already asked for Camo deck screws from the same fine associates and the response was ..”we don’t have those”.. Lowe and behold I used the website to find the aisle and bin.. Just Crappy service tonight .. SHOP AT LOWES

I used to shop at Home Depot faithfully. I've had an awful experience last time I was in the store. The customer service basically was very rude to me. Some people don't need to work if they aren't helpful to the customers. I've been polite last time on the phone to confirm a warranty. The employee hung the phone on me. I've called several times before & was told someone would call me back. We'll hours then days went passed & I heard nothing. I definitely will be thinking twice when I need an item & go somewhere else.

Was not pleased. Ordered the day before online at HD website item on sale and after picking up item next day there were parts missing. I assumed it would be even exchange at the store...NOPE instead charged FULL price for the same item. Got home and replacement too was missing parts! Back to store again and would only give partial cash back and then store credit for the original purchase! So now obligated to have to shop there again in order to use the dollars they would not refund to me. NOT HAPPY!! I was told online and store pricing are very different and stores are NOT obligated to follow online prices.

Overall a great home DIY store, however went to purchase a step ladder and all were covered with concrete dust, see photo. The entire section is used to store excess concrete sacks above the ladder selection so they are all caked in dust. Had to hose & scrub down before indoor use. Nobody seemed to care when I brought it up at the checkout. So beware if you need an indoor ladder.

I have been renting lawn mowers from this store for a couple years and never had an issue. Tonight 6/26/2024 I called the rental store to let them know I was on my way to return the mower which would be around 1955(7:55) the posted closing time is 2000(8:00). I was told by Jim that he closes the doors at 7:30 and leaves by 8:00. He told me to return the mower to customer service because the shop was closed. If this is the case then that needs to be posted and be told to the costumer before rental agreement is signed. He (Jim) informed me he stayed open for me until 8 then gave me a hard time for doing so. There needs to be a clear time of when the equipment can be returned without being given a hard time especially by Jim.
