“Tractor Supply #2608 has always been our “go to” for at home “fix ups.” We are consistently greeted w a smile- even at rush hour times & felt welcomed by Danielle, Vicki, Pam, & Savannah ! :) Two days ago we adopted a puppy & were overwhelmed by the support of your staff !! We are rookies - but they helped us find & select just the right items for our pup. They answered ALL of our questions. We laughed, enjoyed ourselves, & Jackpot (our mini Shepherd) gave them tons of kisses. He pranced out of there feeling like a Rosckstar & even snagged a treat. We are grateful & comfortable - & definitely will be true loyal patrons for life. Do you remember when neighborhood stores treated you like you & your business matter? ..& they were happy you were there ??! That’s a rare things these days & greatly missed !! BUT !! THAT is EXACTLY the way the TSC ladies treats customers- seen, pleasant & like they’re grateful you came in. Store #2608 should be a training store for all branches in my opinion. From hardware, tools, decor, coolers, pets…..etc they hands down have a lifetime of our business.. And much Respect ! !! Charlie, my husband, & I can’t emphasize enough the crucial main thing that sets them apart from all other merchandising stores is that they care & go above & beyond to help (not just us but witnessed it w all)

“I went to Tractor supply to buy a pair of boots for picking trash along the side of the road. A very nice lady approached me and ask if she could help me. We both wear a size 10. “I went over specifically to bring in some kitchen fluorescent tube lights when I found out that Lowe's recycles them, which is awesome! (Home Depot doesn't..?boo!). The young lady at Customer Service also graciously offered to take the long, narrow mattress box with Styrofoam that I had brought the tubes in. Bravo Lowe's! ??????????✨✨✨✨✨”

“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”

“As an Airbnb host I’m always needing to go to a home-improvement store, and I have actually realized how superior Home Depot is to their competitor down the road!! ?
They are knowledgeable and ready to help with great attitudes and personalities !

“I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”

“Overall a great home DIY store, however went to purchase a step ladder and all were covered with concrete dust, see photo. The entire section is used to store excess concrete sacks above the ladder selection so they are all caked in dust. Had to hose & scrub down before indoor use. Nobody seemed to care when I brought it up at the checkout. So beware if you need an indoor ladder.”

“Purchased a John Deere S130 on the 26th of May and was told delivery would be the 30th of May. Received email stating delivery had been changed to 31st and I would get a 4 hour window the night before. I did not receive such notice. I called stor to find out when it would be delivered. The first time, after quite awhile I was hung up on. The second time I called I was on hold for about 45 minutes, I ended the call and called again for the third time and finally talked to some who only told me it would be delivered between 8am and 8 pm today the 31st of May 2025. This whole process is totally unacceptable. My rating of this process from the start to waiting on delivery would have to be a 1 star with caviat of buyer beware.”

“Yesterday we came with my partner to Lowe’s and try and buy something for a closet shelf.
The man that night was very uncaring for us as costumers, he just wasn’t interested in helping us. So, we came back today to find someone else to help us.
Shantavia was the girl that helped us and she was great! If you ever need something here, look for her.. she was helpful, patient and very nice.”
