My husband was there earlier today (Davis Hwy, Pensacola, FL). He needed his 1040 form from last year. They charged him $30 to print out a few pages! He paid for their services last year. They shouldn't charge him for access to the information he already paid for! I will never use their services.

Went to H&R block this past Monday and I had a very good experience there. I ended up not going with them for my taxes, but they were very good about explaining their pricing and process. Laura was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband went in today so he could get a loan on his taxes. His appointment was switched to a different person he didn’t schedule with. Earnest was very rude from the beginning of the appointment. Other than that, everything was fine until he entered in my husbands birthday wrong, while the driver’s license was right in front of him. After this, he could not go back and fix it, or call anyone to see why the system wouldn’t let him go back to edit it. His response to this was “i’ll try to figure it out.” I’m very disappointed with this service, and we will be returning to turbotax.
