We’ve been with HR Block for many years. Our tax pro retired, so we needed a new one. We researched the local pros and found Kimberly Goodwin. Fortunately, she was accepting new clients. We feel like we won the lottery with our new tax pro. She was helpful in guiding us through our next chapter of retirement. She was able to answer all our questions, and we appreciate the guidance she gave us. She heard us, and we appreciated the time she took with us during our appointment. We look forward to many years of working with Kimberly.

Processing my tax refund this year was speedy. The guy misunderstood everything I asked him. Regarding my refund. Then he gave me a scam card which is stealing my hard earned money. I was totally taken as sucker this year with H&R Block. I had better service in the past. Just not this year which is unfortunate. I am disappointed!
