Per an Annual appointment I got my Taxes done. Charles Sanders has been my Tax Pro for the LAST 3 years. BUT I've been going to H&R Block at6 Edison Dr. In Pensacola FL 32506, for LAST 10+ year's. I've NEVER had any issues with H&R Block and I ALWAYS get my Max refund. As long as you don't owe the IRS or Child support YOU should too. Come check them OUT. ?

If I could rate this place 1 star I would ! I had an appointment with the older man here at 3:15. Sitting at his desk in the middle of gathering all the documents he requested me provide he got up and walked to the lobby. Then he came back a few minutes later and said can we reschedule I have an appointment waiting for me and at this rate it is going to take an hour. Please! I had an appointment too. Went out of my way to come in person. He was super rude and slow explaining things. I spent most of the thirty minutes listening to his dragged out conversation which was super distracting. Don’t waste your time

I have NEVER been charged $270 dollars for tax preparation! Frances didn't have to do anything extra; my taxes were as easy as fill in the blanks. My husband is a disabled vet, so she didn't have to fill out paperwork for him. We were there for about 20 minutes and it was done. My fault for not catching the $270 before I paid, but that's on me, I guess. I feel ripped off and would advise anyone to go anywhere else but H&R Block. Will never go back.
